Answer:	Compatible with any lens that has threading, the required mounting accessory, and that is mounted on a Canon camera.

Answer:	It depends on the lens. I have mine setup on a EF 100mm F2.8L IS lens which requires the adapter to convert the 67mm to 58mm needed to attach the ring lite. Check your lens - if it is anything other than 58mm then you need an adapter.
Question:	Will this camera record to the sd card without a wifi conection
Answer:	You shouldn't need to worry about the lens cap while this is on the camera. If you by chance hit something with the end of your lens the flash will stop it from hitting your lens, similar to how a lens hood protects your lens.

You can use RVV4/Cat5/Cat6/RG59 wire to extend the distance according to your need.
