Question:	How many days and i have to refill it
Answer:	When you fill the dish a small amount of water sits on top, as they drink the weighted float goes down. The pressure of there mouth holds the weight down while drinking so that the water is available. My two figured out very quickly. I have terrier with beards and I always had a sloppy meson the floors after they would drink. This has solved the problem. My daughter has the same bowl and is very pleased with it for her 2 dogs too. It does slow them down from gulping water, they must lap it up!
Question:	Does the waterer spill when you put it in the base? How easy is it to refill it
Answer:	I love this bowl! My standard poodle loves to dig in her water. Now, she can carry it around and has been able to dump her water but has not damaged the bowl and doesn’t make the mess she previously did. It is a heavier plastic.

Answer:	Not really. I have a shih tzu and I cut his beard short, but his chin still gets wet. I haven't found anything that will keep it dry but i would hate to cut his beard off completely.

Answer:	It absolutely will mold inside and the two pieces are extremely difficult to get apart. Prising them apart, in fact, scratches them--providing a great surface for mold to adhere to. I finally had to throw the floater out--which, of course, defeats the purpose of buying the thing in the first place. I loved the bowl when I first got it but this was 100% unacceptable. Would never buy it again or recommend it to anyone else because of this.

Answer:	As the cats eat, the food just comes down. Sometimes I have to shake it a little so the food comes down. Question:	Is the 96 oz. stainless fountain the taller or flatter version in regard to the upper half? Photos look different when compared to others
Answer:	Remove bottle from bowl and fill with water. Place bowl on top of bottle like a lid then flip it so the bowl is on the bottom and the water will start flowing into the bowl. As the pet drinks, water slowly flows into the bowl until it is empty and ready to be refilled again.
Question:	is this made in the U.S
Answer:	Unfortunately you can't replace the jug with a 5 gallon jug. The bowl is too small for that.
Question:	I get mineral deposits on the water line & along the edge of the swoopy thing. How to prevent and/or remove? Thanks
Answer:	save your money. The stainless will rust in a few months.
Question:	Is there lead in the glaze? Since it's for pets and from China, the glaze would not be regulated the way that glazes for dishes used for people are

The Raindrop Ceramic Pet Fountain has a simple two piece construction that makes this fountain easy to use and easy to clean. Modern raindrop shape compliments decor of any room. Heavy-duty ceramic helps prevent feline acne. Replaceable charcoal filter so your pet can enjoy clean and pure, healthy water. Its 60 oz capacity reduces the number of daily refills.

All fountains come with a filter for initial set-up and usage. Depending on the number of pets and water hardness, it is recommended to change filters approximately every 2 to 4 weeks. Regular filter changes help to ensure the freshest water available for pets.

12V Pump & Transformer

Universal pump and transformer compatible with most Pioneer Pet drinking fountains. Cord length is 70.8". Adjustable lever located on the front panel of the pump regulates the rate of water flow. Our pump is UL listed and approved for underwater use.

Charcoal Filter

All of our fountains come with a filter for initial set-up and usage. This allows your pet to have clean and healthy water! Simply rinse the filter under cool water (to get rid of any loose charcoal). Replace the filter approximately every 2 to 4 weeks to ensure the freshest water available for pets.

Easy to Assemble and Clean

The Raindrop is dishwasher safe and easy to assemble, and its heavy-duty ceramic construction allows for easy cleaning. If you ever have some build up just use white vinegar to soak the non-electrical parts in.

Adjustable Flow Switch

• The lever located on the front panel of the pump regulates the rate of flow.
• The maximum or “+” creates the strongest flow.
• The minimum or “-” creates the mildest flow.
• Starting at the lowest setting is recommended.
• Setting the lever at the maximum setting can cause splashing.

Answer:	I don't have a dishwasher. But they're very easy to clean, and handle!

Answer:	I don't have another one to compare it too but that picture does make it look taller than it really is. I just went and measured mine. The bottom bowl section is 3 inches tall. The upper section is uneven, between 2 and 2.5 inches.

Answer:	Find a mineral deposit de-scaler online or possibly use distilled white vinegar. However, for the future, just use ONLY distilled water in the bowl. This will also help to remove any toxins from your pet's system.
