Question:	I need a system that one card will work with multiple doors, will this system do that? Thanks
Answer:	I use a red Spokey spoke wrench, which is supposedly 3.25mm. However, I mic'd the nipples (silver) and they're consistently 3.23mm across one pair of faces, but vary 3.26 to 3.28mm across the perpendicular pair of faces. Spokey is a 4-sided wrench and the red fits snugly without having to force it.
Question:	does these work with HID readers
Answer:	Many wheels require a different spoke length for each side of the wheel. Using a longer nipple will allow you to use shorter spokes than would otherwise be required. On a DT Swiss 240s hub wheel I'm building I could use 12mm nipples on the left side and 16mm nipples on the right side and I could use the exact same spoke length on both sides. This is helpful if you have to purchase a box of spokes or if you already have spokes on hand.

Answer:	These are not recommended for metal feet since they have to be screwed in. We recommend our model Slipstick CB674 2" lift furniture risers since your table has metal feet.

Answer:	I received the 2” diameter (or close to 2”) and they’re not intended for carpet. They work well for furniture on vinyl flooring but I would suggest something more low-profile and solid for bar stools.
Question:	Is this lock classified as a Grade 1, 2 or 3? Whats the fire rating and the average cycle. How long is the waranty amd how do you obtain waranty
Answer:	It depends on the screws you actually use. The screws that came with them were to lon and I easily solved the problem by going to Lowe's and getting screws that were the length I needed which cost me about $1

Question:	Will this work for an industrial garage door
Answer:	I don't know, but I DO NOT RECCOMEND this product, it left me stuck locked out of my garage due to a internal failure, and received NO support from the company and eventually had to cut my way into my garage

Answer:	I honestly don't know. Directions do say that it's "technical parameter" work temperature is: "0 degrees C to -70 degrees C" and work humidity is: less than or equal to 80%. It seems to be meant for an indoor door. However, it works GREAT and if it's out of direct weather, maybe.
Question:	What is the rfid range
Answer:	The fob has to be directly against the keypad or else it will not work. I do not recommend this lock. It worked less than a year before I had to get a new one last week. What a piece of garbage this lock is.
Question:	How to set the unlocking time? I'm pretty sure the manual is wrong. It says #>admin code>3>Time>#, but to change unlocking passcode is also use #>adm

Answer:	I'm sure it would work as long as the sliding door doesn't have too much "wiggle" to it. The magnetic lock mechanism needs to be almost flush with the magnet. I installed this on a swivel door, but had to make sure the magnetic lock was almost flush with magnet or else it wouldn't engage and hold when activated. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Fob is sold individually. Yes the Fob and Keycard works with all METechs Locks that require RFID except MRF500 model which require programmable card.
