Answer:	Without measuring I am going to say .093-.125 or 3/32-1/8in. It's pretty thick.

Answer:	I don't know about a Corolla, but it fits just fine in a Camry's trunk. I'd expect it to fit just fine in a Corolla's or any other car's trunk. It folds up and doesn't take up much room. Answer:	I do not remember any paper instructions, other than tg be sure you put the swivel wheels on the right end. But the right end depends upon whether you push or tow the cart. It is not hard to deal with either way I find in practice.

Answer:	The center mat is 17 1/4" wide by 27" long. Additional width and length of 1 1/4" for the slightly sloping down 5/8" lip all around. Answer:	You can find one at Harbor Freight but you will have to modify it a bit by slotting a grove in it to make it fit, You will know what I mean when you start to put it on.
