Answer:	According to Jammed Packed: 303 joules and 400 volts clamping voltage. IMO: on the low end of surge protection, look for at least 2,000 joules and 330 volts clamping. However this is also an over-under voltage protection unit, good for protecting you compressor from brown-outs. At this price, a bargain.

Answer:	The operating input voltage is considered normal voltage if it is between 90 and 140 volts. Therefor 127 volts input is in the90v to 140volt range and you don't need to adjust input voltage.In otherwords it will function properly at 127 volts input to surgeprotector.

Answer:	Maybe after a surge, but when we lose power momentarily from a storm it prevents the fridge from turning back on. We do have to unplug the protector and plug it back in and just wait 3 minutes. No big deal unless you are away from home for a length of time. Still, I'd rather lose a fridge full of food than a $1,600 fridge, as has happened to me in the past.

Answer:	There is a switch on the back of the device that allow you to switch for 120 volt used if your input is 240 volt. or 204 volt if your input is 120 volt. I used this device in Africa/ Sierra Leone.
