Answer:	I would say probably not, but I returned it before I could find out. I didn’t like it at all. It’s not soft and the material is more like a fabric shower curtain than a blanket.

I think you'd be okay with the double/queen. On the queen you can't tuck in the sides. But you probably could on a double. Depends on just how much extra blanket you want. Maybe not that helpful but it really does depend on preference.
