Answer:	Not sure what you call "noise", is it a high pitch or low, constant or intermittent. Does it make noise when you just plug in the extension cord? If the cord by itself plugged in makes noise then it is the extension cord. If items are plugged in on the cord then try to unplug one at the time and see if it stops. Good Luck. P.S. For example, if the max current of your load device is 10A, then choose 10A/0.8=12.5A at least for resistive loads according to international standard.

Answer:	I didn't use a switch at all in the installation of mine. It doesn't drain batteries at all if I'm not using any of my 12 volt devices. I installed 12 volt light kit, radio, under dash lights and radio. Just make sure you turn all devices off after use.

Question:	WH Lithium battery pack with built in 12v 3a charge controller, can I use this with an 18v 11a source
Answer:	Not a good idea to simply connect in parallel. However, if you hook each one to a 1 ohm ceramic resistor each, then connect them together. The issue is that each one will want to be at a slightly different voltage and they’ll fight each other. You need to buffer that difference with a resistor on each of them.

Answer:	Voltage input is 40v to 60v to operate converter. You'll want to select a 24v step down converter that doesn't need as much power to operate. It's input range 15v to 30v to output of 12v. Now if your source of power is 48v then this device would ideally work. Good luck
Question:	It reads acceptable voltage range is 8v-40v. can this be used to step up a 3s lipo 11.1v or step down a 4s lipo 14.8v to a constant 12v output
Answer:	In the neighborhood of 12-14 gauge; however, it works perfect. I hooked up two 12vdc LED Baja lights on my golf cart to light the night. This is a good buy.

Answer:	The red and black wires are the 48 volt input connections from the batteries. The remaining yellow and brown (I think) are the 12 volt 10 amp output connections to wire your accessories. Be sure to mount this somewhere that heat is not a factor as unit gets hot when stepping down the current.
Question:	can i use this for a lower voltage golf cart? like maybe a 36v
Answer:	Yes, but also consider type of lights being run. If the ezgo is 36v with 6 (6v) batteries you can run the lights off of 2 of the batteries in 'series' with a light on/off switch and will be fine. Also if LED lights are being installed check the specs on the light install instructions. Many LED lights can run off of variable voltage 8-16 volts which means you can wire directly to 1 or 2 (8v) batteries if you have a 48v cart with 6 (8v) batteries. LEDs Are extremely bright, great for off-road rigs but blinding on the road. I just installed LED head and tail lights on a neighbors 48v ezgo txt and ran them directly off of 1 of his 8v batteries and they were still a little too bright and we angled the front light bar down towards the ground as cars were flashing their lights at him.So yes this will work just fine but possibly might not be required.1 tip, search for the 12v accessory plug and USB auto adapter. You can use the votage reducer for lights and to add the 12v accessory to the dash for phone charging and other 12v products.

Question:	Where would you mount it. Is heat a problem
Answer:	It comes with a lot of screws. I've never used them, as I usually mount Dell S2415H monitors and the screws already in the monitor work fine.
Question:	Will this work to protect a 12v to 12v battery charger if mounted between a 12vdc (20.48v actual out put) generator and the charger? All on a 8a fuse
Answer:	Dual monitor rail is independent from the single and can be positioned above or below from each other. They can even face forward or away for a small presentation. My personal preference is two on bottom with one directly in front of me. Then one to the right for misc. and the upper monitor for email and things-to-do list.
Question:	Has anyone experienced the boost/step up causing phantom drain on the battery in a car
Answer:	From the back of the desk to the front of the monitor is 9 inches. This distance also depends on the thickness of the monitor. My monitor thickness is 2.4 inches.
