Answer:	I doubt that it would handle incontinence problems, but I can not say for sure. I would add a disposable blue plastic moisture hospital pad under the cover to be safer. The cover is very nice and comfortable. The pads are reasonably priced and useful for people and pets

Answer:	The loops are for the feet. Stretch the arm section down the side and slip the loops on the foot pegs. This is much easier with a buddy to tip the chair. It took a couple tries to get the back piece in place, the longest side goes on the backside of the chair. Recline the back to get the front of this piece tucked in. Hope this helps!

The good news is that most US low power appliances will operate fine on Japanese Power if the power unit to the device reads "100-220v". The above only applies to LOW POWER devices that you would plug into the outlet. Higher power devices, e.g., microwave ovens, hair dryers, that are not rated for 100 volts will be damaged in the long run due to the low voltage. Note, any device that uses a USB connector will work fine plugged directly into the USB outlet.
