Question:	From what do you down load music? It is not compatable with Amazon music
Answer:	Any music you can copy/download to a computer can be copied to the Oakcastle player. I've used music from Amazon, ITunes , CDs I've ripped, etc. Files compatible with the player, no matter their source, copy and play just fine. I've never tied downloading from a source such as ITunes directly to the player and by-passing the computer. Don't try to copy files into any of the folders existing on the player, that doesn't work.
Question:	i was deleting music off of the mp3 player and the screen froze,is there anything i can do to fix this
Answer:	Usually I would just let the battery run down and recharge the player.
Question:	Does it have phisical buttons for 5 seconds back/forth for audiobooks? If not, can it be programmed to do that
Answer:	No, you can fast forward and rewind, but it won't skip specifically 5 seconds.
Question:	Can you transfer complete playlists
Answer:	You can only create playlists on the unit. Unfortunately, it will not recognise playlist formats like M3U and WPL.

Question:	Can you use it without the battery
Answer:	No. I’ve had mine for several years, and at this point it barely plays CDs. I would advise against buying one.

Answer:	I never did, but there is a port on the lower left side right below the volumn knob to use. I love the cd player. Sound is real good but the FM radio reception is not great. But I bought it for the cd player so it doesn't matter.

Answer:	Mine is plugged into a switched 110 volt outlet on the back of my stereo receiver. When the receiver is off, the outlet is off. However, as others have said, it doesnt need to be turned off.

Answer:	That is exactly why we bought it and it works very well -- love 40 year old receiver.

Answer:	No. Not at all. Definitely not easily. I would only recommend this product to someone who wants to keep a single device connected without wires. I have connected more than one device to it, and switched between devices, but I cannot do so reliably. In fact, I just logged into Amazon and looked up the order so I could lookup online how to reconnect a device, only to find that many other people have the same difficulty I do. All my other bluetooth speakers and receivers work fine, at worst I have to turn them off and turn them back on to connect a new device. I've been trying to get my computer (which was connected just fine for about a month) to reconnect after having my phone connected for the afternoon, and I've been struggling with the darn thing for at least an hour. I do not recommend this product, there are better ones for the same price or cheaper.
