Answer:	This device simply connects to your phone via Bluetooth to your car via FM radio. If your phone supports your Amazon music playlists, then yes. This does nothing to change your phones ability to play music, it’s like a pair of earbuds for your car.
Question:	Is there any way to turn off the fm transmitter and only use aux out + bluetooth
Answer:	I have 2 of these units using them in my BMW and a Suzuki. Both transmitters are disturbing the normal FM radio signal, regardless of the station. To confirm if this transmitter is on, the other normal radio stations in both cars does not work. If I turn it off, the radio gets back to normal. It does disturb me as I still want my radio. I would not buy again if I hd the chance.
Question:	Can anyone else hear what i am listening while using the fm transmitter
Answer:	Yes this is absolutely possible. It happens to me at least a couple times per day. Usually when the other car is directly to either side of my car. Just get away from the other car as quickly as you can. Not easy to do in a traffic jam. Kind of annoying, but not too bad. You’ll hear their music for a few seconds and they’ll hear yours. PS — Ignore the other comments on this, these people are ignorant. These tuner transmitters broadcast at between 5-10 watts, which is Regulated in the USA by the FCC. ALL OTHER BRANDS AND MODELS ARE OF THE SAME POWER/STRENGTH. so, yes, this will happen from time to time, and trust me, no one will have to hit your bumper for it to happen. Duh!

Question:	Can i pair a soundsync as transmitter to another soundsync as receiver
Answer:	I just did this using a tube Amp that has bluetooth 5. Long story short I needed to make my rear surround speakers "wireless". I used a line out converter from the receiver and plugged the output rca into a rca to 3.5mm cord. Switched the sound sync to TX and then turned on the other device with it not paired to anything. Here's the trick you have to triple tap the power button to get them to pair. Fortunately for me when they paired, it used aptx LL mode and so I was able to use the automatic time align of my receiver easily. So yes there's a trick to it but it works.
Question:	How to select aptx modes on the device
Answer:	You don't select aptX modes, that's determined by the device you are pairing it with. If it's aptX HD then you should see a notification on your devices. My LG V20 shows it.
Question:	Can this be used while charging
Answer:	While it can be used while charging, the manual does advise the user to disconnect from the charger when fully charged and not charge for extended periods.
Question:	Can you transmit to 2 headphones at the same time
Answer:	Transmitting to two Bluetooth headphones simultaneously is definitely a feature of the device and is covered on page 7 of the English portion of the manual.

Answer:	not unless the old iPod had Bluetooth or if the USB port on the side could recognize the iPod when connected with the USB cable(don't know if it will).

Answer:	No it will not. Some FM transmitters give off Battery Voltage, but not battery percentage. And cars usually have alternators that charge the car battery while the engine is on, also.

Answer:	Yes, but you need to have an aux input. I used this for my 2011 nissan which does not have bluetooth built in. You plug in the aux cable to your car, so you can hear people thru your car speakers. Then you talk into that round piece so people can hear you.

Question:	Why is this not recommend for Japanese cars
Answer:	I have a Toyota Camry and I understand this problem all too well. Basically the AUX and cigarette lighter are on the same circuit so when both are connected to the same device simultaneously it creates feedback (loud buzzing).

Question:	Does it act as a fm transmitter to connect with car audio
Answer:	It automatically syncs. The only downside I notice is the phone volume fluctuates a bit when using as a speaker phone. I have to turn my car volume way up to hear the conversation. Other than that, it is awesome.
Question:	Can I connect to tv music channels
Answer:	I have the same issue. I contacted Anker and they said it's a known problem and are working to fix it, something about starting the car with a key and it power cycling. They offered me a partial refund to not return the item, which I accepted. With the car on I just have to unplug it and plug it back in. Then it turns on and works great. Apparently if you have a push-button ignition it isn't a problem (well, the $10 device you bought isn't a problem, but I'm assuming you have a whole host of other way more expensive issues on hand).
Question:	Does it automatically connect when car is started? Or does it need to be manually turned on like soundsync
Answer:	The iPhone itself determines how much power it will take from the charger. My iPhone 6S charges at about 930mA using this charger according to Battery Life app. App says Anker charger max current is 2400mA, which is the same as it says when I use an iPad charger, and it, too, charges at around 930mA. Stock iPhone charger charges around 610mA but max of that charger is 1000mA. Hope this helps.
Question:	When I restart my car with the device still plugged in, it will not power on. I have to unplug/plug back in everytime. Is there a fix for this
Answer:	From looking at the other answers, please note that Qualcomm quick charge is compatible with SOME android devices while other devices may use different quick charge technology. Not all android phones uses Qualcomm technology and please research if your device supports it. If your device does support Qualcomm quick charge, this charger does not take advantage of it and you will not get the full potential of the device's quick charge.

Question:	Can I buy several to use simultaneously throughout the house? Like a cheap alternative to whole-house audio system
Answer:	Everyone saying no is wrong, the question is: is it worth it? Thats up to you. What you can do is this: Get a Bluetooth to aux receiver. Then get a aux splitter. Run 3.5mm aux cables to each anker speaker. Transmit to the Bluetooth to aux receiver. #done. Audio quality will be lacking as you're splitting it to 2,3,4,etc speakers and you're probably going to be running long cables which will cause loss as well. Best thing to do is get a proper sound system and wire it throughout the house with good speaker wire or get a decent system and just blast it in the middle of your house to hear it lol

Answer:	Yes it has an earphone jack that will allow it to connect to anything.
Question:	Can you leave it plugged in to AC power all the time
Answer:	Yes. The charging circuit disconnects completely when the battery is fully charged. Supposedly, rechargeable lithium batteries have the longest life when left at 80% charge or less. Left fully charged all the time one can probably expect a life of 3 to 5 years vs: maybe 5 to 6 years when left partially charged. The batteries in this are standard 16850s and can be replaced easily - just pry off the grill from the edges to reveal the screws retaining the speakers.

Answer:	We are sorry that external storage can't be added to base via USB for more capacity now, but we are working on this feature. Please stay tuned!
Question:	For by the pool.. need volume and quality of sound. go with boost or sport xl? need fast answer before prime day
Answer:	You can configure up to 120 sec., which can be re-triggered after 5 sec. You can configure recording to stop after motion stopped.
Question:	Can use the usb port to play music
Answer:	We are sorry that the camera doesn't have a buffer to show what occurred a few seconds prior to motion notification.
Question:	Can you change tracks from the speaker's buttons
Answer:	Nothing I know of. Eufy can access my videos as Eufy manages "my" encryption keys, if any . Eufy advertises "military grade" or "bank grade" encryption (both meaningless terms IMO: not clear what's encrypted: recording at rest, life-feed in transport, end-to-end vs. one leg with a server in China having unencrypted access between encrypted legs), but as a customer I do not have access nor was I ever asked to generate encryption keys therefore Eufy manages "my" encryption key. I see Eufy advertisement blended in when I'm accessing my locally stored video clips from Eufy App on iPhone.
