Question:	Are you able to "shuffle" the songs or is the order they are played based on the alpha / numeric file name
Answer:	We removed most of the preloaded songs and purchased songs from iTunes. After we had our songs, we dragged them over to the simple music box folder in the order we wanted them to play.If we wanted to change the order we dragged song onto desktop and then put in back where we wanted it. So best if you have the order you want first.No shuffle available, just press the bottom to move to next song.
Question:	I've uploaded all my music but it's not playing on the player. It's there because I see it in explorer - please advise - beyond frustrated
Answer:	The first thing you must do is get a converter program. There are several free ones you can download off line. The music that is loaded on the player must be MP3!Did the same thing you did loaded all music and wouldn't play. Found out that explorer downloads wave files. Won't work. The converter program will allow you to save the music to your computer as MP3 file then you can transfer to the simple music player. Then it will work. Spent a couple hours doing it but was worth it. After you've transferred the music you can delete the files from your computer. But just remember each time you want to put music on the player you have to convert to MP3 first.

Answer:	If you unplug it, the playlist restarts from the very beginning. If you just stop playing and lift to play music again, it starts on where you left off.

Answer:	No they need to be on your computer or something first because there is no internet connection and can't download apps to it. So you'll need to download them onto your computer first and connect the mp3 player to the computer and transfer them over.

Answer:	It will show the Hebrew letters backward if the langauge setting is on English but if it is on עברית it will show correctly.

Answer:	It does not have speakers. There is an earphone plug/port on it to have you connect a pair of headphones to it . If you don't want to have headphones then you can buy a separate bluetooth ear phone and connect it to this device via a "pairing" function. This mp3 will download pictures, text, and songs from you PC if you want to play your personal songs collection.

Answer:	You can have multiple playlists. Haven't tried to shuffle and don't remember seeing the option.

Answer:	Here is what I do: Create a file on the desktop for the audio files. Put the audio files you want into the folder. Connect the player to the computer. Using either Finder or clicking on the icon on the desktop for the player make sure the computer recognizes the player. Open the folder with the audio files, highlight what you want on the player, then drag and drop the file list to the player icon. Once the files have copied to the player you can eject it. The only format that the player plays is MP3. There cannot be any subfolders, only audio files.

Answer:	The iTunes program does not work with this and all the other MP3's...Thank goodness...itunes is Troublesome and Archaic...Open iTunes, go to MUSIC Library, open it, then attach the New MP3, it will appear as an External HD, click on a song from the iTunes Library then Select All of the rest of the songs then simply Drag 'n Drop from the iTunes Library to the Opened MP3 player.

Answer:	It has Bluetooth, and once music is playing, you can hit the Menu button to turn on shuffle. So I do not see any issues with shuffling over bluetooth.

Answer:	Yes, you can do it. I just did and I'm not that smart when it comes to computers. So first, download an "mp4 to mp3 converter, free for windows" or go to downloads.cnet.com for a free one that has been verified. I got the one called; Free M4a to MP3 Converter. Next, open iTunes music and highlight all of your music and right click, then click on download. Pay attention where it downloads it to. Mine downloaded it to my music files in my computer (DUHH) and it took me a minute to find them. Then go back into the MP4 to MP3 Converter program and select "ADD FILES" on the top LEFT corner and go find the folder or you can drag the music files into the screen. Next, at the bottom, select "SPECIFY FOLDER." I created one on my desktop to make it easier to find. Make sure the "OUTPUT FORMAT" located on the RIGHT bottom of the screen says "MP3." Now go to the top and click "CONVERT." It will take a couple of minutes but once its done, all your iTunes music will now be converted to MP3 format. To know for sure, RIGHT click on one of your songs and LEFT click on PROPERTIES. The file type or type of file should now say; MP3 file. Enjoy! Oh and screw APPLE...they suck! LOL They tried to get me to buy a new iPod and a new Apple laptop because my 2009 iPod is no longer supported by their software. :\
