For instance I am using these in lip glosses and it works well... I wouldn’t however put it directly in my skin. It wouldn’t hurt me it would just be to strong. Lotions and masks and so on though that go on the skin and face shouldn’t be an issue. |

| Answer: | You shouldn't...... these essential oils are so potent that they can damage the lining of the esophagus. Also, because oils don't mix with water, you are basically just drinking the oils straight and that definitely can be damaging the your inner linings. Furthermore, essential oils are potent (and extraordinary expensive and time consuming to produce) so putting oils in water and drinking it is wasteful. I would suggest dropping your desired oils into a quarter cup of warmed up coconut oil (which is wonderful for the body) and take a little teaspoon of it everyday. |
