Answer:	If I remember correctly, they said that it doesn't. However, I wouldn't completely rule out the possibility of it working on the device. My guess is that it could work but run slower than normal. I haven't tried it myself. The SD card I've been using is a 16gig (which is the largest that they say will work).Now, what I do know is that the SD card does have to be a Micro SD card. Officially they support 16gig and under micro SD cards. Larger sizes than that could work but the device isn't necessarily designed to run with cards of that size.

Answer:	That is a drawback with this unit as it doesn't have a customizable equalizer. I will say that this is less of a problem with this Creative player than most others. I am currently using this and a Sansa clip +, the sound, especially using bluetooth is much better than the Sansa which does have the customizable equalizer. Many people get around this by installing Winamp ( which I have) since it's an android based player there are software solutions available. Fortunately the Creative hardware is excellent which definitely helpsl

So you end up with a better player thoughtfully designed Unlike astell and kern. The use dacs that are premade and cost wayyyyy less that what astell and kern sell them for. Astell and kerns 3,000 dollar player has dacs that are maybe 50-100 dollars to manufacture but sell them for $$$ in pretty aluminum cases If however your looking for a cheaper solution I’d recommend the hifime S2 dac It runs off your phone battery just make sure to buy the otg cable and then plug your headphones in using the standard 3.5mm jack I own one and it sounds really good. And for about 130 Bucks you can get the dac and cable down load tidal or Qobuz and get amazing quality very affordable Just my 2 cents I hope this helps

Answer:	It has a 3800mAh battery, I believe the pro model has a larger capacity. I don’t have specifics but I’ve been very impressed with battery life. I’ve taken it in 8+ hour plane rides without having to charge. With that being said your playback choices will vary your battery life. Overall you’re not going to get 60 hours of playback on one charge but it’s been one of the better players I’ve owned for battery life.

Answer:	Why would you do that there is an installed amp in the M11. You might mess something up. And.you can't install anything from the Google or apple play store on the player.

Question:	How can I expand the storage to 2TB
Answer:	The M9 comes with a healthy 2GB of storage, but the storage can be expanded up to a massive 2TB with micro-SD card! So basically you have to purchase a micro-SD card up to 2TB. I don't think they make a card that large, I use several 256GB cards that I interchange.

Answer:	I suppose it depends on the earphones/headphones you are using. I use Shure SE 535 earphones and I have not found any need for extra amplification. All my music files are flac and many are 96/24. Plenty loud enough without maxing the volume and the sound is exquisite!

Answer:	I use Amazon HD and just found out the downloaded music was downloading to on-board storage. In the settings of Amazon HD there's a setting to download to SD card, know I don't know about Google but I've been just streaming and it rarely skips a beat. I think Google streams at 320 and downloads at 320mp3, though they might've added a higher quality rate. I can't figure out how to change the setting in Amazon it says SD OFFLINE. This device runs at Android 7.1.1, it's quite old, so that might be a reason.

Answer:	Instead of hitting pause for audiobooks, I just shut down and the location will stay. However if I pause and then shut down, the bookmark may not stay and I have to find the lost chapter. If you do a lot of switching media and go back to the chapter, I find that the location where I shut down is still there. This is something I was not able to do when I had the Creative version of this product years ago.
