Answer:	The board has a battery. It is a flat button 3volt CR2016 Lithium battery that goes in a chamber located at the top right corner of the board. You need a small Phillips screwdriver to open the chamber. Look for a tiny screw at the top and a "thumbprint" indentation along the top edge. It is very inconspicuous.

Question:	Can you erase only part of what you write on it
Answer:	No. If you half press the erasure button, only sporadic erasures appear. You are not able to specifically erase a small area you don't like. Hence, when you press with half pressure, it is worthless, and you have to clear everything off and start over. But if your goal is to cross out something, you can put a line through something listed. You simply use the includeded metal pen to draw through an item. I hope that helps Collette.

Answer:	Yes, there is a limit and while 50,000 seems like a lot of uses my 2 toddlers got a hold of ours and played with it for about 2 weeks on and off in the car and such and that was that! So, probably OK for the occasional use by an adult or mature child, but don’t let a toddler get a hold of it! I’m going to look into the kid version to see if it is any better.

Answer:	no the boogie board has no connection to a computer. it would require an ipad which has a writing program. you can not save a message, the erase is complete.
Question:	Can you like scroll down so if you keep writing a long note you can still move up and down on the note until you can transcribe or act on it later

Question:	My original BB had a slide button on the side that kept it from being erased until I was ready, does this have that feature
Answer:	No, but the button seems less sensitive than the original. This one is quite a bit smaller than the original.

Question:	What’s the difference between the letter and note tablets? What are the templates
Answer:	The size is the only difference. There are no templates with this package. Save your money and look for another solution. The digital pen is half-baked tech.
Question:	Is this compatible with Blackboard Liquid Paper
Answer:	I think you mean "Boogie board Liquid Crystal Paper", which is their name for the LCD technology for all their products. As far as "compatible" goes, this pen has a pointy end that will act as a stylus on any Boogie board device. When paired with a specially formatted insert for their Blackboard product, the pen will use it's integrated camera to record your pen strokes.
Question:	Is this compatible with onenote
Answer:	This will not be compatible with Onenote, as the company that manufacture the pen technology has dropped Onenote support. You can check that company and their product by searching neolab smartpen. It's unfortunate, the reason I stopped using these pens was because they refuse to support Onenote. What Boogie Board may tell you is that they "DO" support Onenote, but what they mean is that you can export image files to Onenote, not the writing or pen strokes.
Question:	Once it saves work onto the app, can you add to it using the pen and boogie board? Or can you only edit using the drawing tools in the app
Answer:	Once it saves to the app you can no longer edit with tablet and pen. Honestly this product is not worth the price. You'd be better off just using the $30 Blackboard tablet and taking pictures with the app, or using the company the pen is licensed from, NeoLab. The Carbon Copy Pen saves all your great ideas instantly when used with the Blackboard Letter or Note paperless notebooks.

All you need is to use the special Carbon Copy templates with your Blackboard Letter or Note (or you can borrow your friend’s in a pinch). The pen is connected to your phone via Bluetooth, not the tablet.
