Answer:	Do you mean one-track repeat ? please check the 3rd image of the product. there is a repeat icon on the right-down conner of the screen. you can press the button beside this icon to choose one-track repeat on/off. and there is a one-hour sleep timer feature. you can press the volume konb to turn it on and do not touch remote contral. then the device will turn off in an hour. I think it will be useful for you. if you do not need it turn off in an hour. just use the remote to turn on instead of pressing the knob.

The cord must have a stereo plug which fits your external device's headphone jack _AND_ another 3.5mm stereo plug, at the other end, which plugs into the Music Port. That way you can play music from your external device through the sprakers of the Panasonic boombox.
