Answer:	Hi I work with butters and oils and make handmade products. The grainy texture is normal, this is the Shea butter. Shea butter that is raw and unrefined is notorious for creating a bead like grainy texture once it melts and hardens but it is completely fine. It does not affect the quality or benefits of the product and still contains the skin nutrients your skin loves. On a side note, if refined shea was used then the product would never get grainy even if the heat melted it and hardened again however refined oils and butter generally have lost most if not all the nutrients in the oil or butter BUT will still moisturize your skin. Hope I cleared it up a bit.

Answer:	There is a fairly thick disk of clear material which sticks tenaciously to just about anything flat if you prep the surface per instruction. The suction cup goes on that. I have yet to have to restick the mount in 3 months time. A similar mount included with a Chinese radio had to be put back every six weeks or so. And, you're right...my GPS mount which has a unit on it about the same bulk as the Yaesu head, falls regularly from the windshield.

Answer:	Yes you can, however the output power will drop drastically (form 5 to I think about 2W) with no indication on the display - it would still show “H” for High power. With the included battery pack though (which is essentially 5 1.2 NiMH AAA batteries in series) it achieves 5W transmit power. Which means if you buy it because of 5W output you must use battery pack. However battery pack does not last long. It is only 700mAh. Radio consumes 42mA on standby. So about 16 hours standby time if you don’t transmit. Charding time on the other hand is 12 hours. Make your own conclusions.

Question:	does this come with the mic/earpiece and the charger and everything
Answer:	High power mode is 8watt,Middle power mode is 5watt, Low power mode is 2watt
Question:	is it legal in usa
Answer:	In my opinion; they're not waterproof. Some models maybe water resistant. Use a Ziploc bag. Range depends on the antenna, the line of sight and the power. Elevation/antenna are key.
Question:	Why won't ship to my adress
Answer:	Depends on the environment. These radios operate by line of sight so in a city environment you'll get about 2-3 miles at best unless you use a repeater
Question:	it says in the product information 136-174mhz/400-520mhz, and in the description 136-174mhz/400-480mhz
Answer:	The "Band" button is a button I've never used but the manual shows that you can switch between UHF and VHF. Typing in the right frequency works just fine. As far as I'm concerned it was a useless button. Glad to see it gone.
