Answer:	These work great for Allworx 9204/9208/9212/9224/9308/9312 phones, and should work equally well for any other Allworx handset that have the dedicated headset jack. The Allworx phone will auto-answer when removing the headset from the charger, or pressing the big "answer" button in the middle of the headset, as well as hang up when pressing the button or returning the headset to the charger. They can remain "off-hook" with no sound in your ear, until you answer an incoming call/line on the handset or in the Interact App. It's a great headset for receptionist and heavy call use. (We've used many of these in my office since 2015. I'm replacing one at 5 years old, due to reduced 4-5 hour battery life and the headset falling off of the ear-hook adapter. It's the HQ reception headset with mostly continuous daily business-hours use for almost 5 years straight.)

The models that are certified for Microsoft Skype for Business (or Microsoft Lync) support Microsoft Skype for Business as a Plug and Play experience. The Plug and Play experience includes these benefits: Automatic selection as the default audio device. Features to answer and end calls, adjust volume, and mute. If multiple certified audio devices are present, certified models also offer call prioritization. Microsoft Skype for Business will correctly send the audio to the device that was used to answer an incoming call. If you use a model that is certified for Microsoft Skype for Business with a different computer telephony (softphone) client, the product should work the same as a UC model regarding audio and features (such as answer and end calls, adjust volume, mute). Answer:	I did a test with my wife wearing the headphones in another room and me standing next to the TV with a football game on at a moderate volume (loud enough that it could clearly be heard anywhere in the room, but not so loud you had to scream to be heard) and she could hear me clearly and couldn't hear the game at all. I would imagine a semi truck with the doors closed and windows up would still be louder than the TV was, but would probably still handle it well. These bar none are the best headphones I have owed.

Answer:	I got a 360 rad installed in the top but 3 120mm fans mounted on rad at lower of case "top" while the other 3 are installed in the top of case under the top side of metal screw to rad. So 3 inside of case mounted on top while other 3 outside of case mounted on top. Can not mount rad with fans mounted both sides of rad then mounted to top. No room ,will hit Ram and maybe other. If you get what I'm getting at.

Answer:	The unit does include the wireless earpiece which I have been told by my customers is very clear. I'm not sure what 14201-19 is but I did have to purchase Jabra LINK 14201-17 for my Polycom phone system. Hope this helps

Answer:	Yes. I have a VX4xxx series Polycom, and I don't even have to lift the handset. You should check your model # of your phone on the bottom, then look up compatibility lists of hardware.
Question:	Is this headset the Jabra Wave headset? And can it be used with a cellphone
Answer:	I use a Cisco 7962 and did not need any other parts. Make sure your phone has a dedicated headset jack on the back/bottom and you should be fine. On another note, I sent mine back and got a wired headset instead. While I prefer the wireless, you have a channel selector on the wireless set. Of the 8 channels available, I connected on 2, but the feedback was so bad, I couldn’t use it. Could just be a function of the building I’m in and doesn’t mean it won’t work for you, but just something to keep in mind.
