Answer:	The SSCS5 has respectable bass response for a bookshelf, down to 50 Hz or so, but I would highly recommend you pair with a decent subwoofer for best results. I use the SSCS5 in a 2.1 setup in our master bedroom and they absolutely slay for movies and music! The imaging and soundstage is spectacular. Really no need for a full surround setup if space is limited or you don’t want to monkey around with wiring rear speakers. However, pairing these with a good subwoofer makes a world of difference in the impact you will experience for movies. If you listen to a lot of electronic music, a good sub is a must.

Answer:	If you're looking for the best overall match the Sony Core SACS9 10" Powered Sub does quite well if you have a large room and RCA splitter or a receiver that supports dual subwoofers get 2 or buy a 12 or 15" subwoofer from Klipsch or SVS. It also depends on if you're using these more for Home Theater or Music. If you're going for Music I'd suggest 1-2 small subwoofers for a better response time if you're going for home theater only a larger subwoofer will give you more rumble for immersion. If you have a more mixed-use situation I think dual 10" Subwoofers are the sweet spot, and the Sony Core SACS9 Subwoofer is made to compliment the frequency response of the core series speakers and matches the aesthetic as well.

Question:	Will this device support the SiriusXM internet radio
Answer:	It does not have an input for a dedicated XM or Sirius Tuner as some earlier SONY receivers did. It has an internal input for "Music Services" but the only two supported are Chromecast and Spotify. Pretty lame. However, with the addition of another device that is capable of streaming SiriusXM (such as Sony Blu Ray player BDP-S3700), you can stream SiriusXM. If you have a good universal remote control (I am using a Harmony Ultimate), the integrated control of the receiver and streaming SiriusXM is fairly easy to program.

Answer:	Yes you can! I just received mine and I had seen conflicting answers on this question all across the internet. When you set the HDMI Out B to HDMI Zone, you can display and hear your computer on your main TV and your Xbox One on your gaming TV.
Question:	How would you connect additional Dolby Atmos speakers to this, in an existing 7.1 speaker system setup
Answer:	Dolby Atmos is a speaker configuration incorporating downward firing speakers. You would use the “height” channel speakers as the Dolby Atmos speaker channel, by either installing speakers in the ceiling, or get Dolby Atmos Projection speakers that sit on top of your front surround speakers. You may be able to rig certain speakers as downward firing speakers, however I could consult a Dolby atmos installation guide as they have all the ideal placement specifications for the ideal audio balance/ experience. Dolby Atmos In home theatres is usually a 7.1, 9.1, or 11.1 set up. With 2,4 or up to 6 speakers being placed in the downward firing position e.g ceiling mounted and facing down.

Answer:	Hi Michael, yes you can mix the 6 ohms and the 8 ohms speakers. The SSCS8 speakers doesn't have a mounting bracket at the back built-in but you can mount it using mounting brackets. -Vincent

Answer:	Depending on how big of a room your set up will be in. If it's a small room, you can use the Sony SS-B1000 5-1/4-inch Bookshelf Speakers for the front left and right; the side surround left and right; and the rear surround left and right.For a big room, I would recommend the Sony SS-B3000 Bookshelf Speakers for the Front Left and right and then use the Sony SS-B1000 Bookshelf Speakers for the rest of the surrounds. This is the set up that I have in my room and it's 15'x15'. It sounds amazing...

Answer:	It doesn't have an IP. It connects to its own transmitter that is plugged into the audio source.

Answer:	It works need to connect it through spdif optical cable or headphone jack. Not sure where would Sony would say there products may or may not work with each other. Get it or get a Bluetooth neck warmer.
Question:	I’m a bit confused. So no Bluetooth for listening to music
Answer:	No Bluetooth or microphone included. However, it comes with cords that connect to different devices such as phones. Bluetooth would be a nice feature for any upgraded models.
Question:	How is this compared to Bose Soundwear
Answer:	I liked the Bose Soundwear so I thought the Sony system would be a step up. Sony does have some advantages in the home theater area because it's not bluetooth, but uses its own transmitter connected directly to the TV for perfect lip sync. But, it's not portable because the transmitter must be plugged into AC. The Bose is bluetooth, so it's portable and great as a headset alternative. I use the Bose connected via bluetooth to my TV and am surprised at how well it does. If you have your speakers on at the same time you're wearing the Bose unit the echo-type latency would be unacceptable. Surprisingly, I was very disappointed in the sound of the Sony unit. That whole vibration thing is just annoying. If you turn it off, there's barely any bass. So, I returned the Sony wearable system. If you start your listening with the Bose unit your ears will adjust to the sound, and you'll forget you're wearing them. The sound is decent and goes where you go like headsets, but without the ear cups which can be uncomfortable after a while. I'd look for refurbished Bose wearable speakers. Last time I looked Bose was out of stock.
