The adrenal cortex produces many hormones including glucodcorticoids, mineralocorticoids and androgens. That is the very definition of a gland, to say it's not a gland is so very wrong. It's a shame there is no way to remove misinformation like this from Amazon. |

The research does support the conclusion that both the capsule form and the sublingual form (usually vitamin B12) are efficiently absorbed and do correct deficiencies. Nutrients in capsule form are absorbed similarly to nutrients from food; i.e., they are broken down and absorbed in the intestines. In addition, Thorne’s Stress B Complex includes several of the most optimally absorbed forms of the B vitamins. |
