Answer:	Its all about how much direct sunlight they get. They need it all day. No need to turn them off.

Answer:	The description says they are waterproof, however I have not had the opportunity to verify this fact ,due to since I have them it has not rained. I do not want to Tumwater beads inside of the jars!

Answer:	They only work in the evening and at night. During the day you can cover the solar panel with something if you want them. They will be visable during the day if you do that, but not bright like at night.

Answer:	Try putting them right side up and covering the lid with your hand. If they go on, they are working. Covering the lid with your hand mimics the darkness of nighttime, similar to your placing the lid down. Ours only go on when it’s pretty dark. If that doesn’t work, could be the connection/contacts?

Question:	Are these 70v speakers
Answer:	8 ohms. But keep in mind they're not not very efficient so you'll need good power to drive them to 'party' levels. Also, many of these intstallations are distant from the amp, so on a 50 ft run, if you use less than 12ga wire, the effective resistance will increase significantly, meaning even a more powerful amp needed.
Question:	are these wireless and have a transmitter
Answer:	I have had a pair of Bose 51s for five years and just recently added two 8" premiums w/8" premium subwoofer to my backyard. Have to say, highs are still crisper and mid-range sound is more natural with the high millage Bose pair than with the TIC setup. I compared side by side and the TIC has a little better bass output (not surprising with three 8" drivers) but overall sound is still more pleasing with Bose. No regrets, I am not returning anything but my next pair if/when the Bose give out will be another set of 51s.
Question:	Is this for a pair of speakers or just one
Answer:	My speakers are about 40' and 60' from amp and I used a 12 gauge landscape wire, buried in the ground. Think my amp is 100 watt, I leave volume about 3/4, and control volume from my phone. Has worked great all summer

Answer:	I'm going to say these are sold as single speakers because I looked up my receipt from July 2012 and I see two separate emails from Amazon on the same day at the same time so it seems I had to order two for me to get a pair. I checked my order history and it also shows I ordered two. They still sound great. I also have two TFS10s and they sound even better but they're bigger (but I think have the same size speaker inside).

Answer:	I only wired two. You can connect all 4, merging the left and right channel into one. I kept the left/right channels.

Answer:	Yes but keep in mind they are left and right speakers in one so it takes two pair of speaker wires and then you have to keep in mind ohms they are 8 ohms so normal your amp will run 4 ohms to 16 ohms meaning you can get away with two speakers off each side with out using some sort of switch to balance ohms

Answer:	20 ft or so if you have them turned up loud. We have ours wired through our sound system. They have a good sound.

Answer:	In the description it says lifetime warranty. Usually speakers don't just stop working. The sound will become distorted. Check the devise the speakers are hooked to.

Answer:	There may be other ways of doing it but here is how I use mine, including from an iPod:You typically need a stereo receiver/tuner. I got a used one off of eBay. The one I got is a simple 2:1 which means 2 speakers to one tuner. A 5:1 would be 5 speakers into 1 tuner. You would use speaker wire to connect the rock speakers to the back of the tuner. I used heat wrap connectors to connect the speaker wires to the speakers as mine are used out doors and the heat wrap connectors seal out the water. Also just FYI if you want to use the tuner to play like an FM radio station you will need an antena. This also would plug into the back of the receiver/tuner. To use your iPod you will need an RCA to single male adapter. The RCA cord usually has a red and white cable this will then go into a single male side that will go into your iPod. The RCA red and white will then plug into the back of the tuner. It usually doesn't matter where. For instance I have mine plugged into the CD plugs. I then use the I put dial to put it to CD and my iPod then plays through it just fine. There may also be ways to go wireless if you wish. But the above way is how I have booked mine up. I have it this way outside by my pond and again in my garage. Just regular speakers in the garage though. I have enjoyed the rock speakers. The suit my purposes. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Answer:	I do believe that this set of outdoor speakers did come with speaker wire. Not sure on length but sounds right. I upgraded wire to Monster brand and did own installation. Love them because they match, almost exactly, a set I had purchased years ago at Costco.

Question:	Wondering can i use the 6.5 70 v with osd bluetooth 8 sub and 2 other satellite speakers
Answer:	On iOS devices, you will be able to stream music from the YouTube app via AirPlay. However, there may be sync delay between the video and audio. On Android, no by default but you may be able to do it by using a 3rd party app/service that enables AirPlay.
Question:	What size amp would it take to power 10 pair (20 speakers) of these
Answer:	Yes, it is possible to purchase your own cable. As said in the instruction manual, we recommend using quality speaker wire higher than 14 AWG to minimize power loss over longer distance. While the speaker will perform even if the wire distance is 100 feet, we do not recommend putting them over 25 feet apart since each speaker would only carry a single channel. If you want to have music in areas greater than 25 feet apart, you should instead consider a multi-speaker system such as our new BPS560 Bluetooth 5 patio speaker. You can sync 100+ speakers up to a 300 feet radius.
Question:	Can i plug these speakers into a tv? wired as it's not a smart tv. please advise
Answer:	WifiStream is not currently compatible with AirPlay 2. We don't know whether AirPlay 2 will be available in the future either. Apple has not made the upgrade requirement publicly to most 3rd party developers and manufacturers. Little information is known re AirPlay 2 at this stage. What we can say is that the wifi chip already has both transmitter and receiving capability which makes the multi-room streaming feature possible. The speaker is also capable of a firmware upgrade. All the features should be in place for AirPlay 2 but we know as with any Apple feature, they may not make it readily available to all manufacturers and developers

Answer:	For $35 dollars they look nice, sound like $35 dollar speakers in cheap plastic cabinets. It’s nice enough plastic but very light weight speaker. You can tell they are cheap. But they work, and sound fine for my basement where I watch tv and that’s all I do with them. The good stuff is upstairs lol. 1-10 for music I give a 2. But to each his own.
