Answer:	These are authentic Gilette blades. Many years ago I spoke to Gilette customer service and they told me how to verify if blades were authentic or knock offs. On the back of the plastic that holds the blade just under the piece that pivots there are code numbers, about 8 digits. Counter fitters do not have the ability to place these tiny code numbers onto the plastic, and in truth who actually knows about this. The blades sent from Amazon have these code numbers.
Question:	Can I download the instructions? I lost all that and can't remember what all the buttons mean
Answer:	I find it really hard to believe that people can shave their entire face 31 times with a single blade. But, that's not what Gillette claim. They say it lasts a month, but really they mean it lasts 8 to 10 shaves. For me, I would need to trim my beard before I shaved if I waited that long between uses. I would say that if you can grow a full beard 1 blade a week is what you can expect to get from these blades. That said, the one week works better than any other disposable blade on the market. Gillette will never sell you 1 blade for $1 as long as they still cost a nickle to make.

Answer:	Hot enough to generate steam (definitely too hot to touch) but not what I expected. My cotton polo shirts still look somewhat wrinkled. I'll try using starch next time.

Answer:	I haven't experienced any insects in my fabric but this gives off heat from the steam, so I would say that it will most likely kill smaller insects. Also, heat naturally disinfests.
Question:	Does it work well on all materials? I have heavy cotton curtains that has wrinkles the iron won’t even remove

Answer:	Twist the top nozzle to the left to unlock the top. Fill the steamer with water. Then screw the nozzle back on top by twisting to the right to lock into place.

Answer:	If this is a serious query. Water boils at 212 degrees F. That makes steam.
Question:	How do I get rid of the Calcification inside the steamer
Answer:	1. Just fill the water tank with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 distilled water. Run the steamer until half the mixture has steamed. Unplug and allow it to rest for 30 minutes. Dump out remaining mixture. Rinse and repeat... as many times as necessary until steam returns to normal (could be 2-3 times). Run a cycle of fresh, cold water through the steamer before using it on your fabrics.

The frequency of these 5 star reviews is in 100s every month. Not sure. Certainly gaming Amazon review system. It makes the very core of amazon experience unreliable and I as a prominent amazon prime customer is skeptical on my future purchases.

Answer:	Anything that produces a sufficient amount of steam is good for blocking. To the other person...Blocking is a manipulative technique used to make your sweaters or items that shrink, bigger again. You pin the article of clothing down to an ironing board and steam enough to saturate the fibers. Then undo some of the pins and begin to stretch the garment little by little and repin. Steam again, and repeat. You should let the item stay pinned long enough for the fibers to completely dry.

Question:	Do you have to empty out after each use? I left mine halfway and there’s some white stuff growing by the head. What should I do
Answer:	Yes, it does work but keep in mind this product is for steaming what you’re about to wear to maybe a couple more items. It’s not meant to to be used on piles of clothes at the time. It removes lint but it’s not perfect but I so like it a lot. Just make sure that when it’s cold again clean the brush if any lint is trapped 😀
