Answer:	I can charge on the clock with my case on but I don’t have a Otter Box case. I use a thinner case the Incipio case wraps around the phone, if your case is over over 4mm thick then I don’t think it will. I think that’s the limit of what the clock will charge through

Answer:	NO, there is still a high pitch ring when charging phone. I returned mine because of this. Purchased Oct 2020. There is a newer model sold on the Apple website that does not have this problem.
Question:	The product have auxiliars battery
Answer:	Functionally the same. The Apple Store version has a high gloss plastic bezel around the base to enclose the oblong base and make it a rectangle. It makes it look a lot nicer. BUT, this high gloss plastic is VERY prone to light scratching (so just be warned). Also the iPhone wirelesss charging "stand" is not an oblong disk but round and elevated above the base by a metal rod. Again, a little nicer look, but functionally the same and about $25 more. And the last difference is the charging indicator on this version is on the right side of the charging stand (Apple Watch side) where-as the Apple Store version the little charge light is on the other side (left side)

Question:	Can you set the alarm to only sound and no light? I don't need to be woken up 30 minutes prior to my alarm going off by the light coming on
Answer:	It's what it does - but mine can be set as low as 10 minutes beforehand I want to wake at 6AM so I set my alarm for 5:50 - the light gradually comes on for 10 minutes and the tone chimes at 6

Answer:	You can only dim the daylight color. When you try to dim the other colors it will just cycle through all the different colors.

Answer:	Yes, you can directly control the volume of the sounds (0-10) and the intensity of the light (0-10). I usually like to set a vibrating alarm on my watch and the light with no sound. Makes a very mellow wake up especially in the early mornings before the sun light comes through the windows.
Question:	I used this for the first time today and noticed that the alarm turns off by itself 5 min into it. (have it set to radio) is this normal
Answer:	This is how they are apparently (poorly) designed to work. I am probably going to try and return one I was going to use as a gift because of this. 30 minutes before the alarm time set, the light will gradually increase and the audio alarm will commence at the time programmed. The audio alarm (regardless of the alarm sound or radio chosen) will then play for 5 minutes. After which, the light and audio alarm will shut off. I like to lay in bed for at least 15 minutes listening to the news on the radio and I find this very irritating. However, I have to say I will keep one of these as the gradually brightening light feature is much more effective at waking me up than I would have guessed. It is more effective at waking me up than the daylight lamp on a light timer that I used to use. Which would just come on full bright at my chosen time. I might set an additional clock radio to go off at the same time to compensate.

Answer:	I have one in my unheated garage. I am not sure if I need to add another.

Answer:	I never had roaches. However, I had a horrific ant problem. So I am guessing that since most insecticides are aimed at both, it will take care of them also. You will have to give it a couple weeks to see progress. What I can say is that when I first installed these, as days went buy I saw fewer and fewer. Now I see none at all.

This particular item, even with all the verified purchases and positive claimed results, does not work as advertised. I would follow the recommendation of an exterminator in your area to best handle pests.

Answer:	It automatically sets itself for the eastern time zone. If you live anywhere else you set it once with your time zone, it will change to the correct time (assuming it can get the radio signal) and that is all you will have to do unless you move to a different time zone.
Question:	How long does the radio stay on when used as an alarm
Answer:	The radio will stay on for 60 minutes.

Answer:	It is set to eastern time to start with. If you are in eastern time you just plug it in. Otherwise you have to set your time zone and you are good to go unless you move or if your area changes it laws regarding time zones.
