Answer:	Hopefully this helps. I warmed my wrap in the microwave for for 1 minute and 20 seconds on medium heat. I would say the warmth lasted 15 or 20 minutes. Answer:	Not sure what your question is. The shoulder strap comes with an ice pack, but I bought a second ice pack. It takes 2 hours to freeze one for use. If I want to ice more often, then I have one ready to go. This works well for icing my rotator cuff. I really like this arctic flex strap.

Answer:	I feel it is very high quality. There is a warning not to over heat in microwave. I messed y Up and left for too long, it blew up like a balloon but did not explode. It is still usable but a little out of shape.....This was MY FAULT. I have both shoulder and neck one and would strongly recommend........

Answer:	Not the conventional oven, it would be very dangerous and would probably cause irreparable damage to the product. Use the microwave and use a little time at a time. Carefully monitor the heating and test the heat before applying it to the area desired. I always put a towel between it and your skin. It provides alot of help to sorry muscles.
