Answer: Really small, like the size of cat food. My 10lb yorkie has eaten this since he was 2 months old. He ate the puppy small breed until he was 1 and then this, he loves it!

Answer: I'm not sure. However it is the best food I have found for our Chihuahuas. There coats are noticeably shinier and smooth. The kibble is small to fit the tiny mouths too.
Question: Does any one know the calories in the Nutro Ultra large breed food
Answer: It's not posted but it is 35% protein and my experience is that this is an exceptional dog food for weight control. I got lazy and bought iams food at target and I saw an immediate weight gain in my olde english bulldog. Definitely recommend this food for keeping my dog trim.
Question: Is the piece size too big for my 9-lb yorkie? I want to switch to this type from small breed (pricer) to this

Question: I don't know whether to get regular version or large breed. My dog is middle sized at around 50 pounds
Answer: My adopted senior dog is around 25 lbs. We've put her on a diet and am hoping to get her down to 20 lbs. I first bought her a bag of the reg size dry kibbles... but had to dampen it as she has lost most of her teeth. Then I purchased the small kibbles and do not have to dampen it. She really likes it. Depending on your dog's age and if he or she has all her teeth, I would think the regular kibbles would do.
