Answer:	A small, cheap usb DAC adapter probably won't work well for these. They need a bit of power to drive them properly. Power supplied solely from a PC USB port probably won't be enough (500mA max for USB 2.0 and 900mA max for USB 3.0). You will get much better results from an external audio interface and/or a headphone amp.
Question:	comfort
Answer:	They are very comfortable for the first hour or so. I sometimes wear my glasses rather than my contact lenses while using these headphones, and have found that with glasses the comfortable period is much shorter due to pressure on the wire earpieces. The The coiled cable is fairly long, and if you move around in a chair while using these with a laptop, the cable will eventually snare you. The cable connects to the left earphone, and if your earphone connector is on the right side of your computer, receiver, TV or whatever, that means the cable has to be draped across the front of your body. You could reverse the phones on your head, but that would put the left channel into your right ear and vice versa. There's probably a way to reverse channels to correct this.
Question:	How is noise leakage out of these headphones? I am interested in using them for vocal recording so mix leaking out is a no-no
Answer:	Even with loud volumes, the leakage is generally non-existent. The volume needs to be uncomfortably loud for me to start hearing a very slight sound leak.

Answer:	I love these headphones for listening to music as well as TV. I had a pair of MDR-V6 phones I bought from Tower Records in Nashville years and years ago in the early 90s that just died after almost 30 years of service, and these are very very similar. These don't have quite the bass that the V6s did, and the highs are a little brighter, but that will be in my best interest if they last me 20+ years like the V6s did! There's a reason the MDR7506s became an industry standard soon after they were released by Sony in 1991 and it's not because they're bad to listen to. If you want to listen to your music the way the engineers and artists probably heard it in production, grab a pair of these. Hit YouTube and watch the in-studio recordings of Sting's Ten Summoner's Tales songs and look at the headphones everybody is wearing. Everybody. Mix of both MDR-V6 and MDR7506, the MDR-V6s having been released six years earlier in 1986. All the way up to current times like the video for "Times Like These" with Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Ellie Goulding and all those other artists that was released a few weeks ago had a couple of people wearing them. That's longevity. I found that they are more comfortable with the aftermarket lambskin leather earpads that you can find for around $20. They aren't super easy to put on, but are very comfortable. I love the headphones for listening to music as well as television when I don't want to keep people up at night.

Answer:	I have RF995RK made by Sony. It fell apart within 4 months. First the foam in the headrest fell out, then the adjustable ear extention wouldn't retract. Then swivel ear piece broke. My husband is 75 and depends on Headphones to listen to TV. This Sony item is made so cheap.
Question:	Rf headphones usually connect via analog outputs from an av amp. modern amps don't have analog outputs. how do i connect these
Answer:	I used the headset to go directly into a cable box that did have analog (composite) hookup. Ideally, this headset would also have an optical audio cable (out) which would solve your problem. There is a converter that will change the analog signal to digital so you could use this headset. The converter should have a digital optical audio cable connection. Just do a search on Amazon for the converter. Make sure your amp will accept a digital optical cable. My headset has been performing well. Just had it few weeks. Good luck.

Answer:	Yes, it does properly tune FM, which is 88 to 108 mHz, which is exactly what the dial scale indicates on the radio. I think the Japanese FM band starts at 76 mHz which this radio does not cover.

Answer:	AM reception involves a LOT of dependencies - too numerous to recount here; but, here are a few starters: COMPLETE static probably results from location, likely in a cement or steel building. Static on individual stations may be improved by rotating the radio to be perpendicular to the station transmitter location. Unlike FM, AM uses an internal ferrite-bar antenna, optimally about 8" long, usually across the top of the case (inside). Rotating the radio can make that AM ferrite-bar antenna perpendicular to the station transmitter ... for best reception. AM reception is better at night, also. Beyond this, Google AM reception ... for more thorough explanations.

Answer:	Not exactly sure what you're asking, but if the solid cover is still in place with the AC unit installed, you must remove it. The AC must vent and can not operate with the solid cover in place. If you're asking something different, sliding the AC out of the sleeve is fairly simple to accomplish your goal.

Answer:	With a through the wall sleeve, you should be installing an AC unit designed to go "through the wall." And not a window unit. Window units are cheaper. But they exhaust through the side of the unit. Wall units exhaust through the rear. A window unit that completely fills the sleeve will be unable to exhaust and will burn out very quickly.

We're happy with the microwave, but a bit of warning to you, the microwave is a 2012 model- a fuse went out on it this past November, because we were still under warranty having bought it in 2013 Frigidaire, reimbursed us the full total of our purchase rather than have it repaired because of the year it was manufactured. It cost me $50 to have the fuse replaced at a repair shop near us, so essentially that is all I paid for it $50, great deal for us.

Answer:	It is still an analog radio with a DSP circuit (I believe) that captures digital signals. I would say analog because there is no digital display in it and it is good on locking stations. However, if you still want the basic analog radio battery operated like this one, you may go with the sony ICF-F10. It is already discontinued and still on stock in amazon and it uses 2 D cells.
