Answer:	The pineapple cutter is very good, stainless steel. Follow instructions Don’t buy plastic one. I have had it for years so I don’t have packaging to see where it was made. I think it is German. Google and see if you find out more.

Answer:	I can't begin to imagine why the difference since both of them are identical. I think I have the older model because I I got mine a little over two years ago. I can only tell you that it's worth every penny no matter what you pay for it. I use it every time I buy pineapple which is often, and it makes the job so incredibly easy, and cleans just by rinsing in warm water. As for the difference in price I noticed that Amazon does this in order to keep competitive, so maybe this is the answer.

Question:	how long does it take to charge
Answer:	As mentioned by Patozon, the trick is to make sure you charge the headphones using a 5V 1A adapter. If you happen to have an iPhone adapter, those are perfect. That will take the least amount of time to fully charge. I think mine charges in only 2.5 hours. Learning how to get the quickest charge for these headphones ended up teaching me a lot about charging devices and being sure you have the appropriate adapter. It's worth learning about because you can potentially destroy your devices if you do it wrong.
Question:	why can't i turn up the volume when plugged in
Answer:	I think when the wire is connected it cuts battery power. It says that when u have wired connection you have unlimited listen time, which must mean it is just working off the sound provided to it by what ever device you are listening to. Unlike beats that still use the battery to power the speakers and volume even when wired.
Question:	Are these true multipoint bluetooth? Are they able to attach to multiple devices at the same time
Answer:	I had connected these to two different iPads at one point. Only one iPad was in use at a time, but the other was often nearby. I would sometimes get messages "phone 1 connected, phone 2 connected, phone 1 disconnected, phone 2 disconnected, phone 2 connected". So it would connect and disconnect periodically, during use. However, if I unpaired one of the iPads so it was only connected to 1, then it never disconnected/reconnected in the middle of use anymore. So I just use it with one device. It's probably OK if the two devices are not too near each other.

The quality is good enough to watch TV and understand what people are saying without issue. It just completely lacks richness, definition, and bass. They're not particularly comfortable or uncomfortable. Somewhere in the middle. I have sensitive ears, so I wish that the earpieces were large enough for the foam to rest around my ear rather than on it. But if your ears aren't sensitive, they are fine. The best part about them is that you can plug a good pair of headphones into the 3.5mm jack on the wireless headphones and use them as a receiver. I plug in a pair of Bose headphones to these and the audio quality is WAY WAY WAY better. I get the benefit of wireless audio that's the same quality as FM radio using headphones that I already own.

Answer:	Honestly the mic isn't that good. This is my second pair (the first was stolen), but both mics were a little unclear. I do however like the quality of sound you get for the money but I don't recommend talking with them.

Answer:	NO. The maker bragged this unit had good mic, & other cool features...It doesn’t. The mic in both units we tried, was poor, at best; usually failed entirely to pick up voice. ONE company rep told me to get a plug-in extension mic, even referred me to a high-end website selling various equipment, including plug-in ext.mics...for VERY bloated prices. OTHER company reps said there was no way to plug in an extension mic...those were correct...the 1st rep who said it’d work, was lying. One cannot simply plug a mic extension into most basic recharging-pin-plugs on headsets. I’ve yet to find any reliable headset w/good mic, even in units costing well-over $100 (shopped this site, Costco, bestbuy, and numerous more...still searching for honestly reliable, durable, multi-use headset for under $100).

Answer:	I agree with the muffled sound issue. I wouldn't recommend them for online teaching. I Purchased these for my husband. During calls, he could hear the person but they could not hear him. I would recommend a USB wired gaming headset. Most have a boom mic, which would work nicely for online teaching. I work in higher education and use a USB wired headset.

Answer:	I understand the print being way TOO SMALL. I know is that the power must be on turned OFF at first(POWER button on the right side of headset), follow the steps below then turn POWER ON, the blue light starts flashing indicating it's powered on &/or pairing with Bluetooth capable device. Make sure you turn on the Bluetooth capability on your phone or other device, if it doesn't automatically find the headset & connect then you have to search for device which will be listed as "WH-816", if code is needed to access "0000" is the code you enter. The light is suppose to flash(even if POWER is OFF) to indicate a successful pairing. Then turn POWER ON to enjoy! P.S. If does work the first time, turn OFF headset & then back ON. If that doesn't work, try pairing instructions once more with POWER OFF to headset & remember if it's a success the blue light on headset will flash. I hope you find this helpful & have a successful outcome.

Question:	On the box is says "warning: this product contains dehp and dbp phthalate chemicals" should i be worried
Answer:	I don't know but am not a fan of these. Have put these in my use as a last resort. they were cheap and I have been trying for a long time to find a backup to some very light weight sony headphones I bought probably 20 yrs ago and they are no longer available, they are wonderful and have only one cord coming from the left side. Should have bought at least two of them back then.
