Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Answer:	You can definitely hear your phone calls through BOTH ear buds for this model. Unfortanately, that is NOT the case w a very large number of other make and models...
Question:	I must be stupid, but I don't understand the battery life. 5 hours, 15 with charge case. You have to remove these from the charge case to use them
Answer:	The earphones themselves have a battery that lasts 5 hours. So you can use them listening to music or making calls for 5 hours. To recharge the headphones you put them into the case, after a few minutes in the case they will be recharged. The case itself has a battery to do this so you can recharge without plugging the case into the wall. The case battery lasts 15 hours and will recharge the earbuds 2 times before needing to be plugged into an outlet.
Question:	Is there a mono mode so I can wear just one earbud at a time and still make calls? No the usual "right is only for calls and left is the slave earbud
Answer:	You can listen to just the right earbud. In fact, I've been doing that while I play golf. I want to be able to hear what's going on around me, and with just the right earbud in, I can safely listen to music while I play. I don't think you can listen to just the left. The two have to be near each other for the left earbud to work. Sound quality is great, and they stay in place. These are much better than the Bragi earbuds I started with. Pairing with my phone is great, and they stay in my ear better.

Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!
Question:	What is the range on these headphones
Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.
Question:	I am not a fan of headphones that seal your ear completely and make it sound like you are in a deft bubble. Do these headphones do that
Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Answer:	My S.O. snores rather loud and I simply use ear plugs (there are actually several varieties out there that reduce 34db as well) so I can comfortably move around as needed. I wouldn't get these for sleeping.
Question:	Is there any protection if the batteries die on you in the field/range? I.E. What happens to noises above the 82dB range with no batteries
Answer:	They were very comfortable wearing them for 8-10 hrs a day for about 6 months. Around that time I noticed they started to become very uncomfortable. Turns out the bottom half of the cushions go from very soft when new to very hard due to skin oils. I found a 3M manufacturer with this explanation. Can't imagine why this sort of defect hasn't been resolved for ear muffs in general, but since I have to wear them to continue working from home with toddlers I'll just be ordering another pair and try to keep them a little cleaner I guess. Maybe that will extend their life before I have to replace them.
