I have not been able to contact them or even find an address, email or physical, to contact them in writing. I contacted Sharp, because their name is on it, and they really don't care or have anything useful to offer other than the same phone number that hasn't been working since at least March 2020 when I first started trying to contact them. Don't waste time or money on the absolute garbage clock from Sharp, Model SPC1107. It's not really a Sharp product , and there's no way to ever get any help WHEN (not if) it fails. The only fix for this junk clock is to simply not own one.

Answer:	The clock should come on and start blinking when you plug in the power cord. On the back of the clock is the settings for Daylight Savings Time, Volume, the 12/24 hr. format. Then go to the front of the clock, touch settings and set the hour and minutes. If this doesn't work, then either the plug in adaptor for the Alexa Echo is not plugged into the outlet fully or the clock is defective. Mine powered right awa.

Answer:	Our mantel clock is 100 years old and 2 years ago the key snapped off. I wasn't sure what"number" to get. There are even numbered and odd numbered keys. Since I wasn't sure, and they were reasonably priced,I ordered both. Luckily, there was one that fit.
Question:	Does the alarm turn off by itself after certain time or does it go on forever
Answer:	Quick answer: Only on the two largest sizes (10, 11) in this set does the outside diameter exceed 9mm.Long drawn out detailed answer: This can be difficult to answer, however working with an approximate 3.5 mm shaft I think I can answer this. As far as I can tell there are different standards for key numbers and the shafts can be recessed enough that it makes accurate measurements very difficult. In addition many shafts are tapered with the small end of the taper being the easiest part to measure. From what I can find on the internet a 3.5 mm shaft requires a #5 key. The number five key on this set has an outer diameter of .253 in or 6.42 mm. However the inside size is .148 in or 3.75 mm. so, the next size smaller which is a number 4 key the outer diameter is roughly the same at .252 or 6.40 mm. inside of my # 4 is .143 in. or 3.63 mm. This again is a bit large for a 3.5 shaft unless it is tapered so the next smaller size in this set is a #3 key and mine has an outer diameter of .234 in or 5.94 mm and an inside diameter of .133 in or 3.37 mm. So depending on taper (if any) you need a #4 or #5 key both of which (in this set) have an outside diameter of about a quarter inch or 6.4 mm which should have no problem in an 9mm opening.
