Question:	Can they be used in water
Answer:	According to the company, the IPX7 waterproof rating means they dunked the headphones briefly in water. They are NOT meant for submission in water (which is why i bought them, to save my $199 Beats, which are MORE water resistant than these are.) The quality is good (but not $199 good, of course) and while the packaging was impressive (3 ear tip types, a car charger, a lightning charger (which I could not get to work with the headphones,) a small 1' USB micro charger, and a carrying case, in a hard box similar to an Apple product) I cannot rate this product higher than a 1, since it did not fulfill the function I thought I was purchasing it for. If I just wanted headphones, I'd totally be down with these - but since they claimed they are waterproof and came up under the #swimming tag, I have to rate them 1. :-( BTW, I contacted them with the question, are these waterproof? and they responded with the above information. I am sorry i couldn't give them a higher rating, because their customer service was also awesome. I sent mine back because they were *not* waterproof for swimming, that's the only reason.

Answer:	It’s not adjustable. I have small ears and I only have one set of earbud (not sure if the other receive more than one set?). Even if I had another set of smaller earbuds, it wouldn’t work for me anyway because the ear loops are LARGE and silicone soft. Imagine a big curvy stick of soft silicone, not adjustable. I can’t even imagine how they stay on but I guess they do on the right ear size. I looked like a dumb dumb trying to have this thing fit and hang on my ear. Will be returning =(

While the charging case is being charged, if only the lowest part of the LED display light blinking, indicating that the charging is left about 25% power, if the middle of the LED light blinking, indicating that there is still 50% power left, if the third section of the LED light blinking indicates that there is still 75% power left, if all LED lights have been on, it means that charging case has 100% power left, that is, the charging case is fully charged.

Frustrating to say the least...Also just had one of my XR800 pair fail yesterday evening during my Trail Run. I had this pair for 10 months now. I do sweat alot during my training sessions!!!
Question:	do you sell the rubber attachments for the ear
Answer:	A: They did the first time then 2 yrs later I ordered 2 more pairs and didn’t read the details as I was ordering the same product as before (or so I thought)
