Answer:	Outlier Gold is compatible Bluetooth devices that support the Stereo Bluetooth Profile (A2DP). The earbuds support Super X-Fi technology via its software however Super X-Fi app only supports local audio contents for the Outlier Gold (i.e. DRM-free content that are saved in your mobile device). DRM-free music tracks can be purchased and downloaded online and are currently offered by the iTunes Store and Napster, as well as other online digital music vendors. All songs from Apple Music/Spotify are not DRM Free even when you downloaded the songs to your mobile device as you do not own the song. Apple Music and Spotify are subscription based services.

Answer:	Hey! I actually just got my RMA resolved. It was pretty painless. The caps came off on my previous ones and I reached out to them. It wasn't covered by the warranty but they still sent me a replacement anyways. So credit where credit is due. I usually don't post reviews but they provided excellent service for me.

Answer:	Yes, you can. There're three buttons built in line on the right. You can use the middle remote button (has play/pause mark on it) to play/pause music (by one press), skip to previous (by triple press)/next track (by double press). Besides, you can also use this button to answer/end/reject phone calls and activate voice cammand. The other two buttons on the sides are volume control buttons. There's plus/minus mark on the button, so you can easily tell which button is to set the volume up.
