Care and Cleaning：

1. Aozita inserts are dishwasher safe but hand drying is recommended for a spotless shine.

2. Do not use steel wool, bleach or strong abrasive cleaners. If you decide to hand-wash your inserts, use mild detergents and warm water.

3. Whether you are washing your inserts by hand or in the dishwasher, it is important to dry it promptly so that spotting, streaking, discoloration, or corrosion does not occur.

How to use? The Dos and Dont's!

1. Remove stainless steel pans from their handle.

2. Place food in both pans and cover with chosen lid (steaming lid for steaming food, sealing lid for re-heating or pot-in-pot cooking).

3. Place the pans back into their handle for easy removal and insertion of pans.

4. Add water to the bottom of the cooker and bring to a boil. Place the stainless steel pans including the handle inside the cooker and cook as normal.

Please Note:

1.The bottom pan cooks slightly faster than the top pan, therefore meats and items that require a longer cooking time are better placed in the bottom pan.

2.Make sure you always have enough liquid to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook.

3.If cooking pasta or rice using the PIP method, you need liquid both in the inner pot of your Instant Pot to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook AND water in the bowl with the pasta or rice. Otherwise it won't cook.

The Dos and Don'ts :

1. Make sure you have sufficient liquid in the Instant Pot's inner pot to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook.
2. The bottom pan cooks slightly faster than the top pans, so it is better to place the food that takes a longer time to cook in the bottom pan.
3. If you are cooking solid food such as rice or pasta then add at least 1 cup of water to the insert pan containing the solid food, and also ensure you have sufficient liquid in the Instant Pot's inner pot to generate necessary steam to pressure cook; otherwise, it won't cook.
4. When cooking foods that expand during cooking such as rice, beans or dried vegetables, do not fill the insert pan over 1/2 full for better.

How to use?

1. Take out the stainless steel pans from the holder.
2. Fill the pans with food, and cover it with the chosen lid (steaming lid for steaming food, or sealing lid for cooking or reheating).
3. Encase the pans and the lid into the holder for easy insertion and removal of pans.
4. Add water inside the cooker, and place the entire set in it.
5. Start cooking as normal.

Question:	What is the size for 3 q qt inner pot
Answer:	PS - the "maximum fill line" marker is placed at about 2/3rds the way up from the inside floor of the pot (about 3-1/2 inches).
Question:	I see the markings on the pot stop at '10', which is 2.5 quarts, I don't see how there could possibly be room left for another 3.5 quarts in this
Answer:	I have the same question..2 years later. Why does the 8 qt Instant Pot only hold 6 quarts of water (to the max line), and this pot states 10 and looks bigger. I understand the difference in measurements, but when you try to put 8 qts of water into a 8 qt Instant pot it does not work.

Question:	How do you use the silicone mat
Answer:	No glass, it’s a plastic container. Super strong and durable. It’s also almost twice the capacity as our old traditional glass one. We just replaced our old cracked glass one with this, and regret not doing it sooner....
Question:	I'm confused as to how to use these. If cooking multiple sides/dinner, aren't cooking times different? How do you manage this
Answer:	This unit comes with the 64 oz wet container. Vitamix offers a smaller 20 oz wet container as well as a smaller dry container for grains. While these accessory containers are ideal for their intended use , the 64 oz container included with the machine may be used for grains and smaller quantities as well.
Question:	Does this fit in 7qt instant pot
Answer:	It comes with the machine, the 64oz blender, the black tool used to push food into the blades, and the vitamix book.
Question:	What is the grade of stainless steel
Answer:	I did not see that as an option.

Question:	It appears the pots are two different sizes. What is the capacity of each pot
Answer:	They are one is a little shorter I haven't used them yet but I did just fill them with water and the smaller one is a 4 1/2 cup capacity and the larger 6 1/2 cup capacity

Answer:	No...thsat is the label. Only the lid with hanle ha its name and is not blue.
Question:	Are these pans 2 different sizes
Answer:	Yes they are two different sizes. The top one is smaller. We have been very happy wit them and have found their sizes to be perfect. The different sizes provide flexibility and they both fit into the instant pot nicely.
Question:	Are these two "interchangeable steamers baskets the same height
Answer:	They are two different size containers, the larger is 3" high and holds 9 cups of liquid with about 1/2" head space and the smaller unit is 2 5/8" high and holds 5 cups of liquid with about 1/2" head space. There are two lids, so you have the choice of a lid with steam holes or a conventional full coverage lid.
