Question:	Can't get the pen out - is it extremely tightly screwed in, or does it pull out? I'm tempted to use pliers around a rubber piece. Frustrating
Answer:	Mine unscrews where the ink pen is at. But mine isn't real tight. Be careful because it has an spring inside with the ink refill. It is also real tight to pull out the refill. I hope this answer you question.
