Answer:	The keys are hard but I feel another feature may be more important. The keys are large and easy to hit because they use less keys. By making the "a" key also the cap locks with fn key, the keyboard is much easier to use considering it is the same width as a iPad.

Answer:	I'm not entirely sure. It's days is specifically designed for iPad Air but if the iPad Air 2 has the same specs with width and length I think it spirit work fine. The part with the circles is sturdy. If you knock on it is firm but too much bending and it will break is that makes sense. It's not extremely hard plastic (otter box) but it's not too soft either. I have my iPad in one and I've dropped the case a few times. My iPad is still unscratched.

Answer:	I had the same problem. The first one was typing different characters and contacted the company with no response. Amazon was very nice and sent me a new one that had the same problem. This item should be recalled!
