Answer:	Fluoride is NOT a mineral. Fluoride is NOT on the periodic table and NOT to be confused with fluoRINE. The fluoride in this product is NOT safe. NO FLUORIDE IS SAFE. I made the mistake of trusting that this company/seller provided full disclosure on the LABEL -- but it has not -- for obvious reasons! Answer:	I also suffer from severe muscle cramps and I've had Doctors test me for everything. I've suffered with this for most of my life and was getting the vibe from most Doctors that I was crazy.. I was able to power through in my younger days, but now it's too much and it seems to get worse with age. I have tried pretty much every supplement with no relief. I use these drops on a daily basis for a couple years and now feel so much better.I also use the 40,000 Volts before and after I exercise. I actually did not originally purchase this for muscle cramps, but because I use a 5 stage reverse osmosis water filter for my drinking water and I was getting acid reflux. This product has greatly minimized both.

Answer:	Don’t know. I go by the way it feels in my mouth. I used to buy Mountain Valley water until the cost became ridiculous and I think it’s about a 7 or alkaline. When I add the minerals, I get a similar feel.

Question:	Has anybody meassured the alkalinity w litmus paper? I have, using 2 different litmus p. brands, the water is acidic w 6 drops, and acidic w 20 drops
