Answer: There is another US based company with the same name, so I suspect the company which makes the case is not US based.
Question: Is the back camera lens covered
Answer: No there’s an opening for the camera area, but it’s bumped up enough to protect your iPad. When you have the front folded back it IS covered. Worth the money I’ve had mine a while now and it’s literally so much like the apple one. Worth it. Hope that helps! :)

Answer: I don' t know anything about model numbers, but this case fits the newest iPad (10.?? inch) iPad perfectly. I purchased the newest 2019 version iPad with 10.2 inch display and it was a perfect fit. I would not recommend it for any other iPad.

Answer: I paid the premium price (from the Apple store) for a Mini IPad 4 case/cover. Used it for a couple days and then decided to not use it anymore. Two years later, I removed it from the drawer, opened the cover and in the process discovered that the inner lining was deteriorating as I rubbed my thumb on it. So, in retrospect the cost of $15 is better than the $65 for a formaldehyde infused product.
