Answer:	That model number is useless to me. The description is accurate (meaning it fits my HD8 10th generation Fire) and it's not a bad looking case, but I'd suggest a different case. There are two small magnets in the outside edge of this case and they cracked the plastic and fell out within a week. I'm not rough with my stuff and the plastic holding them simply gave way. On top of that, they didn't seem to care enough to me when I asked about a possible replacement. So... I'd want one that didn't fall apart that quickly and have been looking for a better one.

Answer:	I am not sure of the exact dimension, howver it fits the Kindle like a glove it is very thin all arround, it does not use any straps etc to hold the Kindle in place it just fits snug.I had the old Kindle and the old cover where it used a couple of straps to hold it in, this is much better method and much thiner, I would say bar far the best cover out there, although a little pricy, it is worth the extra cost.

Answer:	I looked and looked. Are you sure it's a first generation 7" Fire tablet? If so that case will not work. The size, thickness and control placement would all be wrong. The first 7" Fire HD came out in 2014. If that's what you have you would be better off getting a new fire 7, 9th generation. I got one during the last prime day sale and it's a runner, fast SS drive and great memory. Your call. I have had just about every Fire tablet and when I get a new or updated tablet I donate the old one to my church or to a child with special needs. Good luck ✌
