Question:	Will this sleeve accommodate a 17.3 Dell laptop
Answer:	Yes, but not a lot else. The sleeve configuration means that stuff you tuck in the front pocket will make it bow open. Sewing on a bit of velcro in the middle or maybe on the right & left side would help with that. The thing I especially like is the strap. It's elastic & stretchy, which makes it much more comfortable on my shoulder than a regular strap.Always compare the measurements to those of your laptop to be safe. I have an HP Pavilion. Overall I've been very happy with this bag, as long as I didn't try to cram too much into it. The slim design is a feature, not a bug. Better to have a separate bag if you carry a lot of folders or accessories.

Answer:	I don't know how large your computer is, but this is a huge backpack that fits my 15" HP work laptop and my 15" Macbook Pro together. Plus, I can also carry headphones, legal pads, etc., etc. Great bag.

Answer:	Yes, it will fit. The laptop area has lots of room and an extra pocket for files etc. This bag can handle youp laptop, files, office supplies with pockets for water and a cell phoe. I love it.

Answer:	I have the rolling case, not the backpack (but I previously did have the backpack). I think it would fit fine in the backpack - it's a bit more flexible.I don't think it would fit very well in the rolling case - because that is a bit more rigid and not quite so forgiving.
Question:	Has anyone had to file a warranty claim with Targus? If so, how is their customer service with replacement or repair
Answer:	Targus was great for replacing one of my bags too. The bag failed near the top zipper and they replaced the bag. Friendly as can be. But I did pay good money for a bag with a lifetime guarantee.

Answer:	The dimensions of the backpack, CVR617, are 12.75" x 19.75" x 6.50" (W x H x D). The laptop compartment dimensions are 11.42" x 15.55" (W x H). I would suggest measuring your computer to see if it will fit this backpack.

Answer:	It is not a rigid case at all and won't protect from crushing or big falls. But I feel that my laptop is safe for normal moving around. There is padding on all sides except the top where you slip the laptop into its sleeve.

Answer:	Wouldn't hold my breath, since the ASUS sports that extended heatsink throughout the back. It would fit in the main compartment, but as for the padded pocket, I would be surprised.
