Answer:	I have a thinkpad 430 and there is plenty of room to spare. I also have a portable monitor for the rearmost pocket and it also fits. Space will not be an issue!

Answer:	I am not sure if you mean fit you or fit under the seat on the air plane. My husband is 6'6 and 280lbs it fits him great. We just went to Germany and it fit in the over head maxed out. if you are packing light it will fit under the seat.
Question:	How many cubic inches
Answer:	Technically it is 2380 cubic inches or 39 liters, but it is actually carries less than my old 38 litre Jansport. And it takes up much more space under a seat or in a locker. I could fit all my gear under the seat of an Airbus or a 737 easily, but with the same stuff my XBT is very tight. At the gym, I need to use a different locker now because the ones I used to use are too small for the XBT. A lot of the storage capacity is in the two laptop sleeves. The padding between all the compartments takes up space too, so the main compartment is kind of small and the overall exterior dimensions of the bag are rather big.

Question:	Can the sternum straps be removed
Answer:	Mine is 16" x 10 1/2". Mine does fit but it is a VERY tight squeeze on the 16" vertical. I would say no, yours would not fit well if at all in the laptop section of the bag. It may fit into the larger section of the bag, but would not be very protected. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. I know how hard it is to find something that fits laptops in our size range.
Question:	does this have a rain cover
Answer:	6.7 pounds according to my travel scale. It is definitely not a lightweight. Mine, fully loaded, as a road warrior tips the scales at over 40 lbs. I have not tried to use it as a backpack. Unlike my previous roller/backpack, this one is a tight fit even in the overhead bins; my old one carried everything I need and I did use it as a backpack as well as a roller bag.
Question:	Does the laptop compartment open up to get through TSA easily without pulling laptop out
Answer:	The inside of the large compartment towards the back measures 6" deep by 12" wide by 16" high. The smaller compartment towards the front has a padded compartment for a computer and some more space in front of that and it measures also 12" wide by 16" high but is about 2 1/2" deep. The small compartment at the front is about 9" wide by 9" high by 2 1/2" to 3" deep and it has built-in compartments. I think the 8 binders would probably fit in there, but I don't know exactly how thick your binders are. This is a good quality backpack for sure.
Question:	Is crimson more red or orange
Answer:	I’ve traveled international and domestic flights with this as my carry on since 2015. It’s still like new, and now my wife prefers it on budget planes to save luggage fees. Works every time, so I’m not sure why others say not. True, it does not fit under all seats, but often under the seat ahead of me at my feet, and definitely in the overhead compartment no problem. Some flights check it at the gate to go underneath, but hey, I grab it on arrival, head right past baggage claim, and out the door in a jiffy.
