Answer:	I know it works with Windows 7, I see the other posts here say it works with Win 10 so I guess it does. My daughter connects hers to Win 8 and it works, and I've used mine on 7. I'm sure it works on 10 too. You connect it to the usb port with your word processor open and set on the settings you want, spacing, margins and that stuff. Then press send on the neo and it transfers your writing to your word processor. Be sure to have your spacing and paragraphs set though because it will look all squashed together in the processor if you don't

Answer:	You can just start typing! It saves everything to the device. You don't need to download anything or have internet. In order to use what you've written, such as to print or share, you would need to upload it to a laptop or something using the USB cord that usually comes with it (make sure it does).
Question:	Can you upload docs from a flash drive onto the Neo? I don't need to write--I need to edit other peoples' manuscripts
Answer:	It is possible to load plain text files (no bold, italic, text sizes, or formatting of any kind) onto the Neo via USB cable using the Neo Manager software. The NEO's default limit for text files is about 25 pages per file (though this can be changed to about 50 pages per file -- again, through the Neo Manager software). NEO Manager is a free download from http://www.renaissance.com/customer-center/neo-downloads

Answer:	I use a heavy bond 24 pound paper 98 white Imageprint multi use and it works fine at 8.5" x 11" and even 8.5" x 14 sometimes. Question:	How do you change the ribbon
Answer:	From the standpoint of keyboard feel, it is a comfortable typing machine. Memory is limited to one line for correction purposes, I believe. For that reason I would prefer using a computer to write something as extensive as a book. I bought my WPT-150 to do forms and thank you notes. I do record keeping and long projects on the computer. This typewriter will eventually replace my Sears Communicator II from 1985 if and when it ever dies.

Answer:	The striker arms do make noise, it is a manual typewriter, but for our use it isn't toodistracting. Keys are smooth and do not require much pressure, I would say light to light/medium. They press easier than my cordless computer keyboard.

Question:	this can work with 220v too
Answer:	There are two different setting to take care of before you get to properly print your label. One setting is actually your printer setting when you print it needs to be set 4x6. But the other one is on whatever website you are trying to get the labels from. Before buying the labels, you need to make sure you buy 4x6 size label. Then you can get that label and print properly. But if you get a different size label and try to fit it in 4x6, obviously you get some trouble getting it right. So, first buy/get you labels in 4x6 and then print 4x6. For example on paypal there is a place to setup your labels to buy/print. Just Google it, it's pretty easy.

Answer:	I am not sure. It's all packed up. I am about to return this item today, since it's missing so many pieces, like the HD, DVD Rom and cables.

Answer:	I am going to answer based on hdmi release dates. Hdmi version 1.0 was released December 2002. Hdmi version 1.1 was released May 2004. Hdmi version 1.2 was released August 2005. Hdmi version 1.2a was released Dec. 2005. Hdmi version 1.3 was released June 2006. Hdmi version 1.4 was released May 2009. Hdmi version 1.4a was released March 2010. Hdmi version 1.4b was released Oct. 2011. Hdmi version 2.0 was released Sept. 2013. Hdmi version 2.0a was released April 2015. Hdmi version 2.0b was released March 2016. Hdmi version 2.1 was released Nov. 2017. Computer builders try to use the most recent versions of hardware when they design new computers. A computer built in 2018 may not have hdmi version 2.1 hardware but it most likely would have some version of 2.x hardware that has been released for 2 to 5 years before it was built.

Answer:	I wouldn't recommend this computer for gaming. It is better used for basic web browsing and using Facebook etc. As far as gaming it didn't do so well on the gaming scores. I didn't buy it for gaming though I prefer my consoles for that but many people like PC gaming. But in this case I do not recommend this computer for gaming. It has Intel 630HD integrated video graphics. I would recommend you go with a PC with a better video graphics card maybe a AMD or Nvidia graphics. I'm not sure that you would be able to really upgrade this PC because of the limited space and not being able to get to the ports very well. But for basic home and school use this computer is more than fine.

Answer:	I agree with the 6 CPU core answer. PC is $545 on January 25. I bought for 5.1 surround sound card, and failure of ACER and MS to support my economy i3 4GB ram computer. 6 cores will be racing for home computing, streaming, video.

Question:	Will this be compatible with Ebay
Answer:	Hi. Yes, you can indeed use this printer with the Ebay software to print labels, just be aware the Ebay software does not directly support Thermal Printers on the Mac (it does on the PC, but not on the Mac). See my original post where I explain in step-by-step detail exactly how to use the DYMO printer with the Ebay software. It involves opening the Ebay label in Apple's Preview program, cropping the label, and then printing the label directly from the Preview program. That method works and the printed label looks great, only it would be a lot more convenient and wouldn't require as many workaround steps if Ebay directly supported Thermal Printers on the Mac. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will I need to purchase labels from DYMO to print or can I buy cheaper labels on amazon to use
Answer:	Don't buy DYMO printer. You can get a Zebra printer and get free labels from UPS. DYMO tries to draw you in with a lower price for printer, but over the long run of paying for labels you will pay a lot more. I found that if I paid $100-$200 more for a Zebra I would save $3000-$4000 per year on labels.

Answer:	it's not wireless but when connected ours to a router with a usb port and use it that way. We print 250+ labels a day this way.

1. Install Software

Do not connect your printer until after the software installation is complete.

2. Connect Your LabelWriter Printer

Connect the power adapter to the power cord and plug into port. Plug USB cord into port and connect cable to computer USB port once software installation is complete.

3. Load Labels

Remove protective labels found in printer. Place new label roll on the spindle and insert the label spool into the slot in the printer cover. See user guide for detailed step-by-step instructions.

4. Print Your Label

Double-click button to start. Select label type and a layout. Once in Edit area, add customized text. Click Print to print label.
