Question:	Is it quiet and how is it powered
Answer:	Yes it is quiet. to a point of course. The materials will make a tapping sound as you play and the harder you strike the louder the tap. But you can play your arse off and rock out without bothering someone watching TV in the next room. It has its own plugin power supply. You'll connect the power supply and the modules to the control pak (that's the square box in the middle. You will need 1) a drummer's throne or stool and mine did not come with headphones so you will need to get those. This is a nice rig for a beginner to get started on. I was surprised at how well everything was. I had been looking at rigs for about $450 so this was a big savings and well worth it.

Answer:	This is a drum unit only. This is what the toner is inserted into the drum.

Answer:	Haven't owened it long enough to use any of the replacement drum set yet, as the originals are still in tact. This item for sale is NOT TONER, just the drum set the the toner cartridge (purchased separately) sits into. Hoping they last 15,000 pages as advertised as these are basically thin film on a roller. Hope that helped!

Answer:	Not sure, I use these in a MFC-9320 and they work great. If yours takes Brother TN-210 series they should work.

Answer:	Yes, the instructions are included. And even is there were none, it's still an easy thing to figure out. If you're used to changing the toner cartridge, then it's a no brainer. The drum unit is the item which holds the toner cartridge.

Answer:	I personally have the set on a carpeted floor. You will need something underneath especially for the base kick pedal assembly. After measuring, a 5x4 foot piece of matting wood work on a hardwood or tiled floor.

Question:	Is it worth the extra $300 to get the Rumble 500 head and the 410 and 115 cab, rather than the combo + the 115 extension
Answer:	I have the 210 combo and 115 extension. The 115 comes with wheels and I put the 210 on a rock and roller cart. Extremely portable and very loud, it will get louder than your ears can stand. I would say the combo and 115 are plenty. Not worth getting the head and 410, just a waste of money and more weight to carry around.
Question:	As a stand alone unit, are the 210's pushing 500 watts, or do you need to attach another cabinet at lower ohms to get your 500 watts
Answer:	As a standalone unit the two 10 inch speakers are pushing 350 Watts at 8 ohms (Internal). You need to attach an external 8 ohm speaker cabinet to get 500 Watts. Attaching the external 8 ohm speaker cabinet brings the total impedance down to 4 ohms and that is when you get the maximum 500 Watts.
Question:	I'm helping a friend pick out a bass & amp for her son. Would this amp be loud enough for a small entry-level garage band
Answer:	I remember way back when I was in my first band. I had an ampeg B-15 and it was woefully underpowered. All I got out of it was a ton of distortion. It can be very frustrating for a new player to have to deal with poor sound. I’ve known guys who have given up playing because of the frustration of dealing with noise instead of music. I would use a 25w amp for practicing by myself but for a garage band I would go with a minimum of 100w.

Question:	Will i be able to use this product with with garageband on macos
Answer:	I cannot get the Turbo Mesh kit hi-hat pedal to work with Garageband. I have contacted Alesis tech support to no avail. When I file a ticket, I get an email a day or so later stating that the case has been closed asking how my service was. In Garageband, it recognizes when I press the pedal, but only momentarily. If I strike the hi-hat with the pedal open and then close it, the cymbal will be choked, but only momentarily at the initial pedal depression. After that, the hi-hat remains open. I have searched the internet for solutions to no avail, either. All of the other drums trigger correctly.

Answer:	Hi, Alesis support here! Thanks for your question. Our Strike Amp 12 features x2 combo XLR/1/4" jack inputs, it's important to note these inputs are mono as oppose to stereo. Your issue relates to phase cancellation, I would suggest using a mono TS cable connection from your phone to the input of your Strike Amp 12. Question:	Are the toms single or dual zone
Answer:	It is probably because you plugged a stereo plug into a mono jack. You need an adapter to go from stereo to mono, then plug the mono into the 1/4" on the amp.
Question:	Does this come with a midi to usb cable to hook up to your pc
Answer:	Hi, Alesis support here! Thanks for your question. Yes you can! The Strike Amp 12 features x2 Line level inputs. This can be achieved by connecting your MP3 audio source (i.e phone or tablet) from it's headphone output to 1 of the rear inputs of the Strike Amp 12. If your audio source features a 1/8" headphone output, this can be connected via a 1/8" to 1/4" cable jack cable.
