| Answer: | Yes, mine had windows 10 OS, but it was not activated. I had 30 days to do so. The computer came with a very helpful how to sheet on how to activate my windows 10. You have paired down features for windows 10 until you activate. I wanted to be sure it was up and running well, with no issues, before activating (in case of needing to return it), and it was fine even with those limits. It's not a 'whisper quiet', so if you want this, this isn't the computer for you. It does make some sounds in it's everyday functioning. Not annoying or anything though. |
