Answer:	The total amount of bars of soap was 16 bars. 8 bars in one package and 8 bars in a another package. Two packages in one box. Did not know it until today, 09/13/2019. So according to that I did not receive the correct amount of soap. Hopefully some one made an honest mistake. Don't know how it happened. The box is too small for 24 bars. It was only 16 bars. Did not know this until today after thorough examination. So we both learned something from that. Thank you for the question.

Question:	I would like to order, the original formula is only in the white bottles, all that I can use, not the gold bottles. Which will arrive
Answer:	I ordered the Jergens original formula on Oct. 11, 2014, and received it on Oct. 13, 2014. I received the original formula in the white bottles, except for the smaller, "extra" bottle, which was the new stuff. I don't like the new formula either. I don't know if now, 4 months later, you'll also receive original formula, but Amazon is wonderful about returns. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you should be able to return it for a full refund if you don't receive what you want. Good luck!
