This drive is simply the LG WH16NS40 drive fitted with an OWC Metal Box (https://www.amazon.com/OWC-Mercury-Optical-External-Enclosure/dp/B06XRCCV44/ref=sr_1_4?). The purpose of the metal box is so the internal drive doesn't look so ugly when it's located outside the desktop casing. It looks like you can simply buy the LG WH16NS40 separately on Amazon and then buy the enclosure separately and save yourself $30. Also, if you buy this, you will be getting a warranty from OWC and not LG. That'll make a difference if the drive stops working. You can't call LG to ask what's going on. OWC probably will have no idea for complicated problems.

These new disc "Look" like standard DVD/Blu-Rays, but hold a TREMENDOUS amount of data (from the standard DVD/Blu-Ray, that is). -- In fact, the BDXL's presently listed here (on Amazon), made by Verbatim, have a capacity of 100GB (Wow!, is right) - you can store (and Back-Up) a TON of data on these! (PS/BTW - the only drawback presently is that they are EXTREMELY expensive!! at present $20 bucks, PER disc!!) But overall the value of these new disks is NOT just in the large capacity, but in the new "tech" called M-DISC that allows you to stably & safety store your data for VERY LONG extended periods of time - with claims up to 100 YEARS (Wow! Is right). (But who is going to be around still to test and confirm this?!?, Right?!?) But, regarding this question (of BDXL's), I called the OWC tech support (the makers of this drive) today, and the Tech ASSURED me that this drive SHOULD burn to the Verbatim BDXL discs.... .....He said primarily because BDXL are no different than the standard BD-R Discs (except that the BDXL's just have an added "layer" 3 total), PLUS, this drive SHOULD burn to up to the higher 4 layers anyway. Don't use the one that came with the disk. Instead, download and install the LATEST COMMERCIAL DRIVER from Nvidia. The driver I am using is Nvdia 455.38 and it works like a charm. However, if you over work it by playing 4 or 5 videos at the same time it will crash then you have to restart. All my 3d games work, Open Arena, etc.

And from what I read in PC Mag your PC consumes about 70 Watts under Load so if you don't have multiple Hard drives or Using alot of USB devices you should be good with this card with your power supply. Answer:	I do not own this product but what I can tell is that e z drummer will need to be installed in a vst folder on a pc or laptop within a recording software such as cubase,protools,etc.the e z drummer set up is just that,ez !! just follow the directions that come with the disc and you should be fine.after insallation,you need to open the recording software and load ez drummer.this may vary from software to software but what you are looking for is the vst instruments panel.once you find it,click on "open grooves" and a selection of drum grooves will be displayed.you will see a bar on the interface that is like a play button.after you select a groove.press play and it should play.ez drummer grooves can be dragged and dropped into the recording lane of your software creating a recorded path that can be edited or added to once you get the basics of it,it really is quite fun.I don't know if the zoom r 24 comes with cubase or not but that is going to be the first step in using ez drummer.Good luck and remember to be creative!!!
