Answer:	YES , a wrist lanyard not a strap just like the pictures show. I keep my light on a retractable or the lanyard . I love this light , it's good & bright . the only CON I have is that it has 3 extra O Rings that come with it . I've already used 2 . It seems like everytime you disassemble it 1 of the O rings are broken , I always make sure & lube them for reassembly .
