I originally bought these for my 4 year old and kept in the freezer when she would get a bump or bruise but now I have a 6 month old and they are fabulous when I am pumping to make sure I express all the milk. I have two that I keep at room temp and microwave. I put the cloth backing side on first and then when I can’t feel the warmth I swap it to the other side. They are still warm after 20 minutes of pumping. They probably stay cold at least 20-30 minutes.

Answer:	They do not stay warm very long. For something like ulcer pain I would suggest a larger pack that will stay hot longer.

Question:	How long can ot be microwaved
Answer:	Keep in mind.. microwaves vary by household. Many have stated that theirs have exploded.. but if you overheat anything in an air tight container (from room temp) for 30 seconds or more.. well you get the picture. Start in 10 second intervals check for desired heat and add 10 more seconds as needed. I've had mine (the original purchase) a little over a year alternating from hot and cold and have no issues.
Question:	I have dry eyes. After heating and microwave do I put the beaded part against my skin or the soft part
Answer:	I started with the soft side first because it was too cold from the freezer. After it thaws a little I turned it and the gel side was more soothing on my eyes.

Answer:	I spot clean it.

Answer:	I just bought mine and used a couple of times. I really love the heat on my face. I hope that the pearls don't disintegrate!!!!!!! So far so good with mine.

Answer:	For the eye pack. It’s best to be sitting or laying comfortably in one place. Otherwise it’s like walking 👩‍🦯 visually impaired.
Question:	We don't own a microwave. Can this be heated in a pot of warm water
Answer:	Hi Sophia, yes it can, however do not place it in boiling water as that could actually damage the product itself.
