User questions & answers
Question: | Is the PSU bay removable |
Answer: | The shroud cannot come off |
Question: | Does this have dust filters on front and top pane |
Answer: | It has a magnetic filter on the top and a slotted folter on the bottom, The mesh in the front is such that a filter is unnecessary. |
Question: | What is the max size of cpu water/liquid cooler can this case fit in |
Answer: | It fits a 360mm up top. Tight, but fits. A giant CPU cooler or real tall, odd-shaped RAM (like Warhawk or Super Luce) will have interference. I lost rear exhaust fan doing it. A thinner one or smaller than a 120mm would work, but for what i had at the house, I didn't have one to fit with a 360mm up top. |
Question: | Does the power supply shroud have mounts to put any intake fans to blow on the gpu |
Answer: | No it does not, the fans on the front of the case supply airflow to the psu area as well as the video card heatsink area and is more than adequate, The shroud does however have mounting for 2 ssd's and great cable management for them. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this come with a power supply? If not, what would be recommended |
Answer: | Does not come with a power supply, but it's very flexible. Just make sure if you get an ATX motherboard that you get an ATX power supply (or micro, mini power supply). I'm using a non-modular that will require a lot of cable hiding, but there's plenty of space to hide cables out of the way. |
Question: | Can someone give me the exact specs to this case like width length and hight and also how much room is there for a CPU cooler |
Answer: | Everything you request is listed in the manufacturer's info above for the Cooler Master Cosmos II, but some of it conflicts with these answers. For example, CPU cooler height is shown as 190mm/7.48" (not 6.5mm/2.5"), which is more consistent with the large size/width of the case itself. It seems like these comments are not all about this case, so I suggest anyone considering it do his/her own research. |
Question: | To anyone who built in this case, and installed a non modular psu, how was it? I was thinking about buying a non modular sfx |
Answer: | I did. A PC&Power Cooling 1KW SR PSU that's about 12-15 years old and still going strong. The unused cables, just folded each cable and zip ties them and tucked them behind it. The PSU is huge too. It almost reaches the bottom HDD cages. Another benefit of this case as it won't fit in a lot of cases. |
Question: | Can this support three(3) red LED 80 mm fans? thanks |
Answer: | I believe it will only support two 80mm in the lower rear section of the case. The other rear fan on the upper section is a 120mm fan, as are the front two (or four if you double up with a radiator.) There is also a 240mm fan mounting on the top. |

Answer: | Yes, it's a standard ATX case, and the RGB led used is compitbable with the Gigabyte RGB fusion. There will be a 4 pin port on the board that the RGB cable from the fan will simply plug into for the lights. |
Question: | Are there trays for the 3.5" drives, or do you attach rails to the drives and slide them into the rack |
Answer: | They both connect to a splitter, but can be connected individually. Also they are 3-pin. -CM Myke |
Question: | Is that silly optical bay mount removable |
Answer: | Yes and it has a low, balanced rpm for the type of owner that wants to add a top mounted 240mm rad. I went with a kraken x52 with a mildly aggressive fan curve and I never go above 60c on both my GPU and CPU while gaming at 4k/max settinga. |

Silencio Design
The Silencio’s minimalistic design cloaks its complexity. Design elements, fine-tuned in form and function, result in minimized noise and efficiently maintained system temperatures.
Silencio Technology
Behind the outer panels are pieces of meticulously place sound dampening material. Driven by research and proven through testing, the Silencio’s technological prowess is imbedded into every detail of its design.
Sound Dampening Material
The Silencio utilizes a combination of sound dampening materials, from thick soft foam to heavy mass-loaded vinyl, to precisely counter prominent frequencies.
Seamless Tempered Glass or Sound-Dampened Steel
Available with seamless tempered glass or a sound-dampened steel side panel, systems can be built for show or for stealth with the Silencio.
Ventilation – Top
For an even higher demand for ventilation, the top panel’s Sound Dampening Cover can be removed for unrestricted ventilation. An optional dust filter for the top panel ventilation is included, allowing the top panel and front panel to work in conjunction to cool the system.
Ventilation – Front
The front panel features a recurved vent, directing air in through the front bezel. The curve points downward, taking air in from the bottom, and straightens out to direct air in from either side of the steel front door.
Reversible Mounting System
The steel front door features a reversible mounting system, capable of opening in either direction. To prevent vibrations, a softer, thicker material spans the steel structure in conjunction with a hinge system of magnets and rubber stompers.
Silencio Fans
Two Silencio FP 120mm PWM fans are pre-installed with rubber padding to reduce noise, featuring specially designed blades that allow for both quiet operation and high air pressure.
