Answer:	Ditto to the other responses - you need to hold the button down to stay muted. When on long conference calls, I frequently put myself on mute and this feature's function has not been an issue because both my LAN and mobile phones have mute buttons.

Answer:	It WILL work with an iPhone, and most Android phones. You just need to also purchase a 2.5 mm (female) to 3.5 mm (male) adapter. (This headset has a 2.5 mm pin/plug, and the iPhone has a 3.5 mm socket.) These adapters are available on Amazon for around $4. I had looked quite extensively for a headset with a 3.5 mm pin (also know as plug or jack) without success. They just do not seem to be available in a headset of this quality. However, I have used this set up for several years now when working from home (or even in the office) and it works well! The headset will fail before the adapter does. :)

I just tried the following: I turned the base unit upside down and changed the settings labeled A thru F. Make sure you're on a call with someone while you try each setting. The setting "F" seems to work better for me.

Answer:	Headset does not require pairing.No matter what kind cordless phone you use.This headset connected straight to landed phone plug no additional phone equipment needed.But if you ask how to make a phone call than yes you need separate phone to make dialing.Unfortunate this set can not dial and do not have visual monitor to see who calling.I would say this headset use as helping phone tool to free your hands while you talking and quickly answer call.PS .Also headset have option to attach corded phone so it became cordless and also have option to connected to computer (wired connection only (USB)) helpful with messaging programs like Skype. Those connections its not automatic owner have to switch this options on unit.Hope it helps.

Answer:	These work great for Allworx 9204/9208/9212/9224/9308/9312 phones, and should work equally well for any other Allworx handset that have the dedicated headset jack. The Allworx phone will auto-answer when removing the headset from the charger, or pressing the big "answer" button in the middle of the headset, as well as hang up when pressing the button or returning the headset to the charger. They can remain "off-hook" with no sound in your ear, until you answer an incoming call/line on the handset or in the Interact App. It's a great headset for receptionist and heavy call use. (We've used many of these in my office since 2015. I'm replacing one at 5 years old, due to reduced 4-5 hour battery life and the headset falling off of the ear-hook adapter. Answer:	If the cell has bluetooth, yes. However I dont like this headset. it turns off on it own after just a couple idle minutes, then has trouble reconnecting. I think its sensitive to lower versions of android as well. If I had to do it again, I wouldnt buy it.

Answer:	I am not clear as to whether you are asking about the part that inserts into the ear or the part on the outside of the ear. I will answer both. For the inside, I would guess you could use other covering for comfort inserting in the ear; however it comes with 3. At least 1 is smaller, the other may be a little bit larger or the same size as the one as it comes. For the outside clip over the ear - it is fixed and is positional so it can fit comfortably on the ear. Best wishes.

Answer:	If you have the 4 wire modular connection as found on wired phones for the last 30 years it should work. However, if this headset alone does not have the circuitry to hang up, it may be a problem.

Answer:	There are 7 options (thumbnails) under the "Color: " option. The first $16.99 thumbnail picture is the 2.5mm cordless phone option. I have one it works however the plug rubber surrounding the connector is very thick and has trouble fitting into handsets with recessed connectors. For my Uniden handset I had to trim some of the rubber off the sides of the connector.

Answer:	There isn't a way to adjust the volume on the headset itself. You could only adjust the volume on your phone base, or if you use your computer to work from and accept calls through a computer system you work with, you may also have a volume control in that system.
