What makes this different than a standard Micro SD is the speed is faster. The phone has a 800 Mhz Processor, I don't know if that's a dual-core processor on it or not, so any faster speed of the card would be helpful if it's not.

Answer:	I've been using it on a Mac for a little over a year, and can recommend it with only one or two caveats. First, the analog-to-digital conversion options are more limited on a Mac than they are on a PC. I found the EZ Cap converter works for me. Second, I'm using it to monitor a bluebird nest box, and wanted to stream live video from it, and I can't get the Mac (both an Air and a MacBook) to even recognize it as a connected device.
