Answer:	The ink cartridge inside may be replaced and the pen itself, kept. as to help save the planet.

Answer:	Refills for Pilot pens (and for that matter, any pen that has an ink cartridge that is removable) are generally available at any office supply store. I’ve also purchased refills at Amazon, but typically I just throw the pen away and get a new one; the cost of the pen isn’t that much more than the cost of the refill.
Question:	Will this work on an HP touchscreen laptop
Answer:	I don't use refills. The pens are so cheap, you pitch them and start a new one.

Important Instructions

1. Please keep both the device screen and the disc clean. If dirt catch onto the disc, it will reduced sensitivity, and in some cases may even scratch your screen.
2. Please replace with a new disc if you suspect that your disc has been damaged in any way. A damage disc may scratch the screen.
3. The plastic disc is exactly the part of tip to conduct and receive signal from the screens. Please don't cut it off.

Question:	What does "battery-free" mean? How does it work - is it connected by wire
Answer:	paper pods filled with something that is supposed to filter. I did not think it worked at all. I sent mine back. took forever to filter one glass of wine.
Question:	Can you buy just the nibs
Answer:	Yes I used 1 filter for 2 bottles and they were both fine. I had zero sulfite headache or stuffy sinuses that I would normally get drinking just 1 glass of wine. The 2nd bottle did take longer to filter though. Keep in mind, depending on the wine it may have more sulfites than others so using 1 filter for 2 bottles just may not remove as many sulfites. It absolutely does work though and I would recommend it.
