Question:	How loud is this vacuum? It says a little louder than speaking volume, but my coworkers are on the phones
Answer:	When it first starts up, it’s quite soft, but as time progresses during use, the motor gets a little louder. Unless you’re planning on using it for a long period of time, I don’t think it’s loud enough to bother your co-workers. Then again, your unit may be softer or louder than mine, so it’s really hard to say.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "stop working after 30's" assuming you mean 3 Hours. The diffuser can last for about 10 hours unless you set timer by using the choices available. You can choose 3 timer settings, 1Hour/3Hour/6Hour / or you can use it on the on setting for continuous mist that will last (as said above) for about 10 hours. It has an auto-off capability which is a built-in safety device to shut off automatically when the water runs out. Very safe to use anytime. I love mine :)

Answer:	I didn't by this specific product shown. I have the salt rocks that are inside the black metal star design holder. Mine is beautiful, and always on. It's electric and plugs in a wall outlet. The lead cord is quite long. It comes with a dimmer switch for desired brightness. Also, note that salt lights are meant to be left on. I suggest buying the one I have, it makes any room cozy. However, if you're buying for a child the one pictured might be better suited. Mine was a gift from my daughter. My mother loved it so much that I bought one for her too.

Answer:	I don't have this particular salt light. I have the one with the individual rocks set in a cage designed basket. Works great, I only changed bulb once. I would call seller and explain problem. They will most likely ship a replacement, without you having to return damaged one. Worth a try!
